General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 20 mg of an omeprazol.

Excipients: sugar micropellets, Mannitolum, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium glikolit starch type A (эксплотаб), the diacetylized monoglyceride (mivatst), a gipromelloza phthalate 50 (HP 50), povidone (PVP K 30), a gidroksipropilmetiltsellyuloz 603 (gipromelloza), sucrose, talc.

Structure of a cover: titanium E 171 dioxide, quinolinic yellow E 104, ferrous oxide red E 172, indigo carmine - FD&C blue 2 (E132), gelatin.

Pharmacological properties:

At inefficiency of use of this dose of an omeprazol, and also antagonists of H2 receptors it is necessary to appoint 2 capsules (40 mg) once a day. At the prevailing most of patients improvement of a state is observed in 2 weeks. At Zollingera-Ellison's syndrome appoint 3 capsules once a day. Depending on a condition of the patient the dose can be increased to 180 mg. The day dose exceeding 80 mg should be accepted in 2 receptions.

Single dose - 20 mg, a daily dose - 20 mg; the maximum single dose - 40 mg, the maximum daily dose - 180 mg.

Features of use:

- lactation.

Overdose:

Signs of overdose were noted after administration of drug in a dose from 320 mg to 900 mg (i.e. in doses, at 16-45 times exceeding therapeutic).

Symptoms: vision disorders, confusion of consciousness, sweating strengthening, drowsiness, dryness in a mouth, a headache, nausea, tachycardia, arrhythmia.
