General characteristics. Structure:
Active ingredient: 10 mg of a difengidramin.
Excipient: water for injections.
Antiallergic means.
Pharmacological properties:
Pharmacodynamics. Blocker histamine H1 receptors. Has antiallergic activity, renders mestnoanesteziruyushchy, spasmolytic and moderate ganglioblokiruyushchy action. At intake causes sedative and somnolent effect, has moderate antiemetic effect, and also has the central cholinolytic activity.
At external use has antiallergic effect.
Pharmacokinetics. It is quickly absorbed from a GIT. Bioavailability makes 50%. Cmax is reached in 20-40 min. (in the greatest concentration is defined in lungs, a spleen, kidneys, a liver, a brain and muscles). Linkng with proteins of plasma – 98-99%. Gets through GEB. It is metabolized mainly in a liver, partially - in lungs and kidneys. T1/2 - 4-10 h During the day is completely removed by kidneys in the form of the metabolites conjugated with glucuronic acid. Essential quantities are removed with milk and can cause sedation in children of chest age (the paradoxical reaction which is characterized by hyperexcitability can be observed).
Indications to use:
Allergic reactions (urticaria, hay fever, Quincke's disease), allergic conjunctivitis, vasculomotor rhinitis, a hemorrhagic vasculitis, a serum disease, a pruritic dermatosis, sleep disorders (monotherapy or in a combination with hypnotic drugs), a chorea, sea and aeroembolism, vomiting of pregnant women, Menyer's syndrome, premedication.
Route of administration and doses:
The adult inside - on 30-50 mg of 1-3 times/days. A course of treatment - 10-15 days. As a hypnagogue - on 50 mg before going to bed. In oil - in doses of 50-250 mg; in/in kapelno - 20-50 mg.
At intake single doses for children aged till 1 year - 2-5 mg; from 2 to 5 years - 5-15 mg; from 6 to 12 years - 15-30 mg.
Outwardly apply 1-2 times/days.

Interaction with other medicines:
At simultaneous use strengthens effect of ethanol and drugs, the oppressing TsNS.
At simultaneous use MAO inhibitors increase anticholinergic activity of a difengidramin.
Antagonistic interaction is noted at joint appointment with psychostimulants.
Reduces efficiency of Apomorphinum as vomitive at treatment of poisoning. Strengthens anticholinergic effects of drugs with holinoblokiruyushchy activity.
Contraindications:
Closed-angle glaucoma, prostatauxe, the stenosing stomach ulcer and a duodenum, a bladder neck stenosis, bronchial asthma, epilepsy, hypersensitivity to a difengidramin.
Overdose:
Oppression or excitement (especially at children) the TsNS functions, including a depression, expansion of pupils, dryness in a mouth, disorder of the GITs functions.
