General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: paracetamol — 175 mg, ascorbic acid — 150 mg, succinic acid — 60 mg, rutoside trihydrate (in terms of rutoside)-10 mg, Phenylephrinum a hydrochloride — 2,5 mg.

Excipients: hypro rod, silicon dioxide colloid, lactoses monohydrate, magnesium stearate.

The gelatinous solid capsule contains: gelatin, indigo carmine (Е 132), dye diamond blue (Е 133), titanium dioxide (Е 171).

Description

Capsules No. 0, case of blue color, cover of blue color.

Contents of capsules — mix of powder and/or granules of color, yellow with a greenish shade. Existence of lumps which when pressing by a glass stick are easily powdered is allowed.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug, possesses the febrifugal, anesthetizing, angioprotektorny, antikongestivny action.

Paracetamol has the febrifugal, anesthetizing effect.

Ascorbic acid participates in regulation of carbohydrate metabolism, oxidation-reduction processes, synthesis of steroid hormones, an angenesis, activates immune responses, reduces permeability of capillaries, strengthens detoksikatsionny function of a liver, regulates processes of coagulability of blood.

Succinic acid strengthens biochemical and physiological recovery processes. Possesses hepatoprotective, immunomodulatory and antioxidant action. Activates power processes in mitochondrions, normalizes permeability of cellular membranes, is an in-termediant of a tricarbonic acid cycle. In combination with medicines strengthens their positive action and reduces manifestations of toxic effects.

Rutoside reduces permeability of capillaries, removes puffiness and an inflammation, strengthens a vascular wall, slows down aggregation and increases extent of deformation of erythrocytes.

Phenylephrinum stimulates postsynaptic alpha adrenoceptors, reduces hypostasis and a hyperemia of a mucous membrane of a nose, recovers free breath, lowers pressure in paranasal cavities and a middle ear.

Indications to use:

Symptomatic treatment of the "catarrhal" diseases and flu which are followed by fervescence, a headache, a fever, a nose congestion, pharyngalgias and nasal bosoms.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, after food, washing down with a large amount of water. The adult to accept on 2 capsules in 4-6 hours, but no more than 4 times a day, within 3-5 days.

If within 3-5 days after the beginning of administration of drug there does not occur improvement of health, it is necessary to stop administration of drug and to see a doctor.

Features of use:

Duration of use is no more than 5 days. Distorts results of the laboratory tests estimating concentration of glucose and uric acid in plasma.

To the persons inclined to the ethanol use, it is necessary to consult drug prior to treatment with the doctor as paracetamol can have the damaging effect on a liver.

Side effects:

From cardiovascular and circulatory systems: agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, thrombocytosis, giperprotrombinemiya, erythropenia, neutrophylic leukocytosis, anemia; increase in arterial pressure, bradycardia, arrhythmia, stenocardia.

From a nervous system and sense bodys: headache, excitement, irritability, concern, weakness, dizziness, respiratory depression, tremor.

From bodies of a GIT: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

From a metabolism: disbolism, oppression of synthesis of a glycogen, excess formation of corticosteroids, delay of sodium and water, hypopotassemia.

From urinogenital system: increase or reduction of a diuresis, damage of the glomerular device of kidneys, education oxalic to urine of vy stones.

Allergic reactions: skin rashes, hyperemia.

Interaction with other medicines:

In need of joint reception with other medicines it is necessary to consult with the attending physician. Stimulators of a microsomal oxidation in a liver (Phenytoinum, ethanol, barbiturates, rifampicin, phenylbutazone, tricyclic antidepressants) increase products of hydroxylated active metabolites of paracetamol that causes a possibility of development of heavy intoxications at small overdoses.

Paracetamol strengthens effects of MAO inhibitors, sedative medicines, ethanol.

Antidepressants, protivoparkinsonichesky, antipsychotic medicines, derivatives of a fenotiazin increase risk of an ischuria, dryness in a mouth, a lock.

Glucocorticoid means increase risk of development of glaucoma. Fenilefrin reduces hypotensive effect of a guanetidin. Guanetidin strengthens alpha адреностимулирующий effect, and tricyclic antidepressants — sympathomimetic effects of Phenylephrinum.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to one or several components which are a part of drug;
• severe damages of a liver and kidneys (acute hepatitis, acute pyelonephritis, acute glomerulonephritis, or exacerbation of chronic diseases of data of bodies);
• peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum;
• glaucoma;
• tendency to fibrinferments;
• diabetes mellitus;
• arterial hypertension, bradycardia, ventricular tachycardia, heart failure, conductivity disturbances, fibrillation of ventricles, the expressed atherosclerosis, the expressed aortal stenosis, an acute myocardial infarction; pheochromocytoma, hyperthyroidism, prostate hyperplasia;
• a concomitant use of tricyclic antidepressants, beta adrenoblockers, MAO inhibitors (including within 14 days after their cancellation), other paratsetamolsoderzhashchy medicines.

Lactose intolerance, deficit of lactase, glucose galactose sprue. Pregnancy, lactation period. Children's age up to 18 years.

Overdose:

Symptoms: pallor of integuments, anorexia, nausea, vomiting and pain in abdominal area, increase in activity of "hepatic" transaminases, increase in a prothrombin time, гепатонекроз, arrhythmia, ventricular tachycardia, increase in arterial pressure.

Treatment: gastric lavage, reception of adsorbents, symptomatic therapy. A paracetamol antidote — Acetylcysteinum. It is necessary to see a doctor.

Storage conditions:

Period of validity 2 years. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging. In the dry, protected from light place at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children.
