General characteristics. Structure:

Main physical and chemical properties: tablets of color, white or white with a yellowish shade, with risky and a facet, on a surface the mramornost is allowed; the tablet contains 50 mg of diclofenac of sodium, 325 mg of paracetamol; cellulose microcrystallic (PH 102 type), starch corn, lactose, Kollidon povidone ® 25 or Plasdone ® K-25, кросповидон Polyplasdone ® XL-10, A300 aerosil, magnesium stearate.

Pharmacological properties:

Dipren - the combined drug containing NPVP diclofenac and an analgetic antipyretic paracetamol. Action is caused by the content of active ingredients. In 20-30 minutes after reception the analgesic effect due to action paracetamol develops, and in several hours when anesthesia of paracetamol decreases, begins the antiinflammatory and anesthetizing effect of diclofenac. Thus longer term of anesthesia is created. Drug works stronger, than its separate components, antiinflammatory action due to potentiation by paracetamol of effects of diclofenac shows. Thanks to effect of paracetamol premises for improvement of structure of a joint cartilage due to stimulation of synthesis of the main substance are created.

Pharmacokinetics. Paracetamol is soaked up in upper parts of intestines, the maximum concentration in blood serum is reached in 60-90 min. after reception. It is metabolized in a liver, removed generally with urine.
Diclofenac is completely soaked up in a digestive tract. The maximum concentration in a blood plasma is reached in 2-3 h. 99% of drug contact proteins of a blood plasma. It is metabolized in a liver by a game "yugation and hydroxylations with formation pharmacological of inactive metabolites. An elimination half-life (T1/2) - 2 hours.

Indications to use:

Osteoarthrosis, the pseudorheumatism ankylosing the spondylitis, inflammatory diseases which are followed by a pain syndrome including injuries of a musculoskeletal system and soft tissues, bad attacks of gout, arthrosis, a spondylarthrosis, neuritis, neuralgia, a lumbago, a sciatica, radiculitis; primary dysmenorrhea.

Route of administration and doses:

The dose and course of treatment is established individually taking into account disease severity. Appoint on 0,5-1 tablet 2-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose - 3 tablets. A pill is taken in 40 min. after food, without chewing, washing down with enough liquid.

Features of use:

At prolonged use of drug it is necessary to exercise control of composition of peripheral blood, function of kidneys and a liver. During treatment it is necessary to abstain from control of motor transport and performance of potentially dangerous types of activity.

Side effects:

Vomiting, nausea, anorexia, diarrhea, pain in epigastric area, a meteorism, a lock. In some cases, especially at frequent and prolonged use of drug, erosive cankers of a mucous membrane of a digestive tract with symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding (melena), and also a headache, a depression. Drowsiness, a hamaturia, a proteinuria, a nephrotic syndrome, it is very rare - thrombocytopenia, anemia (owing to bleedings from bodies of a digestive tract), an abnormal liver function and kidneys, allergic reactions (especially at patients with bronchial asthma) - skin rash, an itch, an erythema, a bronchospasm.

Interaction with other medicines:

Increase in concentration of lithium and digoxin at simultaneous use of the drugs containing these substances is possible. Simultaneous use of diclofenac and kaliysberegayushchy diuretics can lead to increase in level of potassium in blood. Drug can reduce efficiency of anti-hypertensive means. Simultaneous use of diclofenac with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or glucocorticosteroids increases risk of development of side effect. With care appoint along with anticoagulants and antidiabetic means.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components. The expressed renal failures, bronchial asthma, stomach ulcer and a duodenum, pregnancy, the lactation period, children up to 12 years.

Overdose:

Sharp headache, irritability, dizziness, spasms.
