General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: betamethasone in the form of Dipropionas - 0,64 mg (0,064%) that corresponds to 0,500 mg of betamethasone and salicylic acid - 20 mg (2%);

Excipients: dinatrium эдетат – 0,300 mg, a gipromelloza 4000 сПз – 5,000 mg, sodium hydroxide – 5,000 mg, isopropanol – 392,000 mg, water – 577,060 mg.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Белосалик® lotion possesses antiinflammatory, antipruritic, antiedematous, antiallergic, anti-proliferative, immunodepressive, keratolytic, antimicrobic, antifungal actions.
Betamethasone Dipropionas – a synthetic glucocorticosteroid (GKS) rendering antiinflammatory, antiallergic, antipruritic and vasoconstrictive action. When drawing on the surface of skin narrows vessels, removes an itch, reduces allocation of mediators of an inflammation (from eosinophils and mast cells), interleykin 1 and 2, gamma interferon (from lymphocytes and macrophages), brakes activity of hyaluronidase and lowers permeability of a vascular wall. Interacts with specific receptors in cell cytoplasm, stimulates synthesis of MRNK inducing formation of proteins including the lipokortin mediating cellular effects. Lipokortin oppresses A2 phospholipase, blocks release of arachidonic acid and biosynthesis of the endoperoxides, prostaglandins, leukotrienes (promoting development of an inflammation, an allergy and other pathological processes).
Salicylic acid due to keratolytic action clears sites of defeat of scales, promotes penetration of betamethasone into skin, supports acid medium of skin, preventing development of a bacterial and fungal infection.

Indications to use:

The subacute and chronic dermatosis sensitive to corticosteroid therapy which are followed by a hyperkeratosis and a peeling: psoriasis, seborrheal dermatitis of a pilar part of the head, asbestovidny deprive, seborrhea, neurodermatitis, red flat deprive with localization on a pilar part of the head, eczema, an ichthyosis, a skin dyshydrosis.

Route of administration and doses:

Outwardly.
Bottle with a nozzle sprayer:
Belosalik lotion is sprayed by two times a day on affected areas of head skin with indumentum, by means of the convenient extended nozzle sprayer. In certain cases, rather single use in days.

Before spraying the bottle needs to be stirred up, established in vertical position, then to bring a nozzle nose to an affected area of skin with indumentum and to press against the stop the sprayer an index finger. To make the necessary number of sprayings on affected areas of head skin.

Duration of a course of treatment is individual, and is carried out, as a rule, before disappearance of the main symptoms of a disease, but usually limited for 3-4 weeks. Белосалик® lotion is applied by two times a day. Several drops of lotion evenly distribute a cotton plug or fingers of hands on the surface of skin, slightly rubbing. Features of use:

Белосалик® lotion is intended only for external use. It is necessary to avoid hit in eyes and on mucous membranes, and also uses of drug in anogenitalny area.
Use of drug under occlusive bandages, except for cases is not recommended, when necessary. At development of fungal or bacterial microflora on skin additional use of antibacterial or antifungal agent is necessary.
The drug Belosalik® lotion in the form of solution for external use is especially convenient for use on skin of a pilar part of the head. Solution is easily distributed on the surface of skin, does not stick together and does not dry up hair, does not leave visible marks, has the cooling effect on skin.

Influence on ability of control of vehicles and mechanisms
Data on an adverse effect of the drug Belosalik® lotion on ability to manage vehicles and mechanisms are absent.

Side effects:

By-effects are, as a rule, reversible and have slight character. From integuments: hypersensitivity reaction (itch, burning or redness), aknepodobny changes, hypopigmentation, striya, skin atrophy, hypertrichosis, consecutive infections of skin.
At prolonged continuous uncontrolled use and when drawing on big sites of skin: teleangiectasias, system manifestations of side effects of GKS or salicylates.
In case of reaction of hypersensitivity or by-effects therapy it is necessary to cancel and see a doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

Clinically reliable interactions with other medicines are noted. Simultaneous use of the cosmetic and dermatological means for external use containing ethanol or medical soap with the expressed drying effect can cause irritation of skin.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to betamethasone, salicylic acid or to any auxiliary component of drug, viral infections of skin, skin postvaccinal reactions, open wounds, trophic ulcers, vulgar eels, a rozatsea, chicken pox, skin displays of syphilis, a tuberculosis cutis, children's age up to six months.

Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding
Topical administration of Belosalik® of lotion at pregnant women is allowed when the estimated advantage for mother exceeds risk for a fruit. In such cases use of drug has to be short and be limited to small sites of integuments.
During breastfeeding drug Belosalik® use lotion perhaps according to strict indications, but at the same time drug it is impossible to apply on skin of a mammary gland before feeding.

Overdose:

Symptoms: manifestation of system side effects.
Treatment: drug withdrawal and symptomatic therapy.

Storage conditions:

Solution for external use.
On 50 ml and 100 ml of drug in a bottle from polyethylene of high density with a dropper, corked by the screw-on stopper from polyethylene of low density. The stopper has a ring for control of the first opening. The bottle is placed in a cardboard pack together with the application instruction.
On 20 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml of drug in a bottle from polyethylene of high density with the spraying pompovy mechanism and a protective plastic cap. 1 bottle complete with a plastic nozzle sprayer together with the application instruction is placed in a cardboard pack.
