Pharmacological properties:

Strengthens development of a lipase and trypsin, strengthens a myelopoiesis, processes of cellular division. Exerts positive impact on function of the lacrimal, grease and sweat glands; increases resistance to diseases of mucous membranes, respiratory tracts and intestines; increases resistance of an organism to an infection.

Strengthens division of epithelial cells of skin, rejuvenates cell population, slows down processes of keratinization, strengthens synthesis of glikozaminoglikan, activates interaction of immunocompetent cells among themselves and epidermis cells. Stimulates cell regeneration. Participates in photoreception processes (promotes adaptation of the person to darkness).

Features of use:

Pregnancy and lactation. Administration of drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.

Do not accept at the same time polyvitaminic complexes containing vitamin A in order to avoid overdose.

Side effects:

At some patients at long reception a xeroderma and mucous membranes, hypersensitivity of face skin, a perleche are observed. The specified phenomena pass independently at a dose decline or temporary drug withdrawal.

Interaction with other medicines:

Salicylates and glucocorticosteroids reduce risk of development of side effects. Colestyraminum, колестипол, mineral oils, Neomycinum reduce vitamin A absorption (increase in a dose can be required).

Oral contraceptives increase concentration of vitamin A in plasma.

Izotretinoin increases risk of emergence of toxic effect.

Vitamin E reduces toxicity, absorption, deposition in a liver and vitamin A use; high doses of vitamin E can lower vitamin A reserves in an organism.

Weakens effect of drugs of calcium, increases risk of development of a hypercalcemia.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, a hypervitaminosis And, pregnancy, cholelithiasis, chronic pancreatitis, acute inflammatory diseases of skin.

Overdose:
