General characteristics. Structure:
Active ingredients: Retinolum, tocopherol, Menadionum, beta каротен;
100 ml of drug contain Retinolum – 0,0972164 g (282608 ME), tocopherol – 0,18 g, Menadionum – 0,05 g, beta каротена – 0,18 g;
excipients: sunflower oil the refined frozen deodorized brands "P".
Pharmacological properties:
The combined vitamin drug which effect is caused by the vitamins A which are its part, E and K. Has metabolic and antiulcerous effect. Accelerates healing of wounds, stimulates a reparation. Has antioxidant and antiinflammatory effect, recovers microcirculation, normalizes permeability of fabrics and capillaries, has styptic effect.
Indications to use:
Cracks of a mucous membrane of a rectum () including states after excision of cracks), a proctosigmoiditis, hemorrhoids, a scleroderma, dekubitalny, trophic and varicose ulcers, an erosion of a neck of uterus, an endocervicitis, a colpitis, it is purulent - the necrotic wounds infected burns of the II-III degree, a state after an autodermoplastika.
Route of administration and doses:
Drug is used inside in 30-40 minutes prior to food, the adult on 7 – 10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) by 2 – 3 times a day within 4-5 weeks. If necessary treatment is repeated in 6 months.
Locally, in a proctology, in the form of microclysters or tampons on 30 – 50 ml within 10 – 12 days; in gynecology – in the form of the tampons moistened with solution; a course of treatment – 1 – 15 procedures.
Outwardly apply every other day on the affected areas of skin which are previously cleared of necrotic plaques in the form of oil bandages, before emergence of granulation and epithelization.
Features of use:
Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. Drug use inside during pregnancy and feeding by a breast contraindicated.

Side effects:

Interaction with other medicines:
Drug cannot be used inside along with estrogen (increase risk of development of a hypervitaminosis And), iron preparations and silver, shelochnoreagiruyushchy means, anticoagulants of indirect action.
Vitamin A is incompatible with hydrochloric, acetilsalicylic acids. Retinolum reduces antiinflammatory action of glucocorticoids.
Vitamin E facilitates absorption and digestion of Retinolum.
Vitamin E and its metabolites have antagonistic effect in relation to vitamin K. Vitamin E strengthens effect of steroid and nonsteroid antiinflammatory drugs (sodium diclofenac, an ibuprofen, Prednisolonum); reduces toxic effect of cardiac glycosides (digitoxin, digoxin), vitamins A and D.
Vitamin E can increase efficiency of anticonvulsants at patients with epilepsy in whose blood concentration of products of peroxide oxidation of lipids is increased.
Vitamin K weakens effect of indirect anticoagulants (including derivative coumarin and an indandion). Antacids reduce absorption owing to sedimentation of salts of bile acids in initial department of a small intestine. Does not influence anticoagulating activity of heparin. Colestyraminum, колестипол, mineral oils, сукралфат, Dactinomycinum reduce vitamin K absorption. Co-administration with hemolitic medicines increase risk of manifestation of side effects.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to drug components. At intake – the period of pregnancy and a lactation, a thyrotoxicosis, a chronic glomerulonephritis, chronic heart failure. Children's age up to 14 years.
Overdose:
Manifestations of a hypervitaminosis And, E and K.
Symptoms: smut pain, drowsiness, slackness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, morbidity in bones of the lower extremities, fibrinferments, thromboembolisms, hypercholesterolemia. Treatment: symptomatic. As the antagonist of vitamin A appoint thyroxine and ascorbic acid.
