General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 0,025 g of a fluotsinolon of acetonide.

Excipients: propylene glycol, vaseline (vaseline medical), lanolin anhydrous, ceresin.

The ointment rendering antiinflammatory and antiallergic action.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. A glucocorticosteroid (GKS) for external use; slows down release of mediators of an inflammation. At impact on skin there is prevention of regional accumulation of neutrophils that leads to reduction of inflammatory exudate and products of cytokines; to macrophage fixation, reduction of processes of infiltration and granulation. Has antiinflammatory and antiallergic effect.

Pharmacokinetics. After absorption from the surface of skin contacts proteins of plasma, it is metabolized in a liver with formation of inactive metabolites. It is removed preferential by kidneys.

Indications to use:

Eczema, atonic dermatitis, simple chronic deprive (limited neurodermatitis), a toxidermia, simple allergic dermatitis, seborrheal dermatitis, a skin itch, a small tortoiseshell, a prurigo, an intertrigo, a multiformny exudative erythema, psoriasis (an exudative form); red flat deprive, a diskoidny lupus erythematosus, a dyshydrosis of brushes, outside otitis, burns of 1 Art., stings of insects.

Route of administration and doses:

Outwardly. On previously wiped with the tampon moistened with antiseptic liquid, skin 2-4 times a day put a small amount of drug and slightly rub. Features of use:

Side effects:

Burning, skin itch, steroid eels, striya, xeroderma, folliculites. Interaction with other medicines:
