Excipients: sucrose (refined sugar), dextrose (glucose), stearic acid, potato starch, fragrance blackcurrant.

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) belongs to vitamins, irreplaceable for the person, and is not synthesized in a human body, and arrives only with food. Ascorbic acid plays an important role in regulation of oxidation-reduction processes, biosynthesis of proteins, carbohydrates, hormones, regulation of coagulability of blood, an angenesis, strengthens walls of vessels, increases resistance of an organism to infections and stresses. Forming complexes with iron, ascorbic acid improves its absorption. Smoking and the use of ethanol accelerates destruction of ascorbic acid, sharply reducing stocks in an organism.

Increases risk of development of a crystalluria at treatment by salicylates and streptocides of short action, slows down removal by kidneys of acids, increases removal of the HP having alkali reaction (including alkaloids), reduces concentration in blood of oral contraceptives. Increases the general clearance of ethanol which in turn reduces concentration of ascorbic acid in an organism. The HP of a quinolinic row, salicylates, glucocorticosteroids at prolonged use exhaust vitamin C reserves.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components. Overdose:

In case of side effect it is necessary to stop administration of drug, to wash out a stomach, to give to the patient alkaline drink, adsorbents and to see a doctor. Therapy is symptomatic.
