Таблетки Детралекс Detralex – means for treatment of disturbances of venous blood circulation with angioprotektorny and venotoniziruyushchy action.

Form of release and structure

Dosage form – tablets: an oval form, film coated salmoncolored color, on a break – heterogeneous structure from yellow till pale yellow color (on 15 pieces in blisters, in a cardboard pack 2 or 4 blisters).

Content of active ingredients is to 1 tablet of Detralex:

The micronized cleared flavonoidny fraction – 500 mg, including diosmin (90%) – 450 mg;
Flavonoids in terms of hesperidin (10%) – 50 mg.

Excipients: magnesium stearate, gelatin, cellulose microcrystallic, talc, sodium carboxymethylstarch, the water purified.

Structure of a film cover: premix for a film cover of salmoncolored color: magnesium stearate, глицерол, gipromelloza, dye ferrous oxide red, dye ferrous oxide yellow, titanium dioxide; sodium lauryl sulfate; macrogoal 6000.

Indications to use

Use of Detralex is shown as symptomatic therapy:

Venous and lymphatic insufficiency: morning fatigue of legs, pain, heavy feeling in legs;
Acute hemorrhoids.

Contraindications

Breastfeeding period;
Hypersensitivity to acting or to excipients of drug.

Route of administration and dosage

Pill is taken inside, during food.

Depending on clinical indications the following dosing is recommended:

Venous and lymphatic insufficiency: on 2 tablets a day (the first accept during the lunchtime, the second – during a dinner);
Acute hemorrhoids: on 6 tablets a day (3 pieces – in the morning and 3 pieces – in the evening) for 4 days, in the next 3 days of therapy – on 4 tablets a day (on 2 pieces in the morning and in the evening).

Side effects

Use of Detralex can become the reason of side effects:

From a nervous system: seldom – a headache, dizziness, a febricula;
From the alimentary system: often – nausea, dyspepsia, vomiting, diarrhea; infrequently – colitis;
From integuments: seldom – urticaria, an itch, rash; not specified frequency – the isolated face edema, a century, lips; in exceptional cases – a Quincke's disease.

If during administration of drug the patient had changes of laboratory indicators and/or there were listed and/or other undesirable effects and reactions, it is necessary to report about it to the doctor.

Special instructions

The maximum effect of therapy at disturbance of venous blood circulation provides a combination of drug treatment to observance of a healthy lifestyle. In some cases, wearing special stockings and walk on foot make favorable impact on blood circulation. The patient is recommended not to allow long stay in the sun, big loads of legs and if there is an excess weight – to lower it.

Purpose of Detralex at an exacerbation of hemorrhoids does not replace specific treatment of other proctal pathologies. It is impossible to break the recommended treatment period, in case of lack of therapeutic effect it is necessary to undergo additional inspection at the proctologist for review of the carried-out therapy.

Drug does not influence ability of control of vehicles and performance of work, the psychomotor reactions demanding high speed.
