Acromelanosis with white spots (acromelanosis albopunctata; synonym: Siemens an acromelanosis) – a hereditary disease – an akropigmentation, mainly, brushes. It is characterized by existence of the scattered depigmented spots size about a pin head. The acromelanosis with white spots is combined with flattening of nails and an atrophy, loss and decolouration of hair.
