Artron Kompleks
Application instruction:
Artron Kompleks – the combined drug with the expressed hondroprotektorny action directed to stimulation of processes of regeneration and delay of processes of a degeneration of cartilaginous tissue.
Form of release and structure
Medicine is produced in the form of coated tablets.
Active agents of drug Artron Kompleks:
- Chondroitin sulfate – 500 mg;
- Glycosamine a hydrochloride – 500 mg.
Indications to use
- Osteochondrosis, osteoarthrosis, spondylarthrosis and other diseases of joints and bones of degenerative character;
- Osteopathy, chondropathy, periodontopathy;
- Elimination of the expressed pain at elderly people and athletes at injury of joints;
- Recovery of cartilaginous tissue;
- States after operations on a musculoskeletal system and after a fracture of bones.
Thanks to the glycosamine which is its part Artron Kompleks promotes recovery of a surface of cartilages and stimulates process of synthesis of aminoglycanes. The glycosamine strengthens the effect of chondroitin of sulfate directed to normalization of a producing intra joint liquid, reduction of painful feelings in joints, improvement of their mobility.
Contraindications
Artron Kompleks is contraindicated to use to patients with heavy renal failures, and also at hypersensitivity to drug components.
As reliable information about safety and efficiency of use of drug for children is younger than 15 years, pregnant women and the feeding women is absent, medicine is not appointed to these categories of patients.
Route of administration and dosage
Pill should be taken entirely, without crushing and without chewing, washing down with enough water. The mode of dosing and duration of treatment are defined by the doctor individually for each patient.
The recommended course of treatment makes 3 months, the dose recommended to adults – on 1 tablet 1-3 times a day. If the necessary therapeutic effect was reached, drug is accepted on 1 tablet once a day.
Side effects
- Alimentary system: digestion disturbance, vomiting, nausea, pains in epigastric area;
- Skin system: urticaria, itch, skin rash, dermatitis, erythema, Quincke's edema, Stephens-Johnson's syndrome.
Special instructions
Reception of vitamin and mineral complexes increases efficiency of medicine.
Drug strengthens action of GKS and NPVS that can demand change of their dosage.

Artron Kompleks possess similar action with drug: Hondroksid, Mukosat, Hondroitin Kompleks, Struktum.
