Breakfast: small loafs, cheese, muesli with honey, nuts, coffee.

Lunch: boiled veal and vegetables, pumpkin cream soup.

Dinner: a cod, stewed with vegetables, juice from grapefruits.

The fifth day of a diet for skin

Breakfast: porridge on milk, small loafs, ham, juice from oranges.

Lunch: potatoes puree, Russian cabbage soup, chicken forcemeat cutlets, tangerines.

Dinner: vegetable stew, green tea.

At the weekend it is possible to repeat the menu of one of five days of a diet for skin.

Diet for clarification of skin
