Diet at gastritis

For the third day of a diet at an exacerbation of gastritis steam cutlets, low-fat broth, carrots or potatoes, quenelle puree, compote are resolved. After that the list of the products resolved by a diet at acute gastritis gradually is replenished: low-fat beef, a turkey, a rabbit, veal, puree or a souffle from low-fat fish, cream, milk, a cottage cheese souffle, the light-boiled eggs, the omelet steamed, liquid semolina porridge, the wiped oat, buckwheat, rice porridges cooked on milk or with addition of cream is allowed. It is allowed to drink during a diet at gastritis rather weak tea, the fruit and berry svezheotzhaty not concentrated juice, dogrose broth. Refined vegetable and creamy oils during a diet at gastritis it is possible to use, but, only adding to ready dishes – fried food is excluded.

Besides, the diet at acute gastritis assumes refusal of such products: crude berries, fruit, vegetables, chocolate, carbonated drinks, spices, sauces, cocoa, coffee, fancy bread, fresh bread, cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream.

Diet at erosive gastritis

Erosive gastritis – a disease of a stomach at which on its walls ulcerations are found.

The diet at an exacerbation of gastritis with an erosion excludes the use of any canned food, acid berries, fruit, svezheotzhaty juice, alcohol, black strong tea, yeast dough, hot and fried dishes.

Are resolved by a diet at erosive gastritis dairy and fermented milk products, confectionery, dietary grades of meat, mucous groat soups, porridges which can be filled with cream, butter, steam cutlets, meatballs, puddings, a souffle.

Diet at atrophic gastritis

Gastritis atrophic is considered a precancerous form of a disease and is characterized by loss of glands providing allocation of a secret with a stomach. Because of it the lack of a gastric juice is felt, and the diet at atrophic gastritis has to provide decrease in acidity of juice and reduction of load of stomach walls.

The diet basis at gastritis of this form is made by buckwheat and oat porridges, low-fat fishes and meat.

It is impossible to use the products containing rough cellulose: yachnevy, pearl-barley grain, products from coarse flour, mushrooms, bean, nuts, bran, many crude fruit, vegetables, millet, dried fruits.

The diet at atrophic gastritis provides that temperature of food should not exceed 50 degrees.
