Contraindications

The fitness of a zumb is contraindicated to people with a serious illness of cardiovascular system, a hypertension, oncological diseases, a serious illness of a musculoskeletal system and bones, serious diseases of a nervous system and mental disorders, and also at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation.

Lessons of a zumb are contraindicated during the postoperative period, and also in the presence of open wounds, not accrete seams, injuries and burns.
