Sometimes it is rather simple to consider approximate energy value of food. Especially such system suits those who do not aim to lose weight by many kilogram, and just tries to adhere to healthy nutrition with the purpose to keep a figure. By this technique products with high caloric content have to be almost completely excluded from the menu. Products with average caloric content can be present at a diet, but only at small amounts. Products with high caloric content are first of all types of food rich with fats. Caloric content of carbohydrates and proteins is much lower.
