Acipol
Application instruction:
Acipol – a probiotic, drug for treatment of diseases of digestive tract.
Form of release and structure
Form of production of Acipol – the capsules filled with the mix of the crushed kefiric fungi (including water-soluble polysaccharide) inactivated by warming up lyophilized in the environment of cultivation and microbic mass antagonistic of active live acidophilic lactobacilli. Mix represents dry biomass, color from cream to light-cream, a sour-milk characteristic smell (on 20 or 30 pieces in polymeric banks, 1 bank in a pack cardboard).
Maintenance of one capsule:
- Live acidophilic lactobacilli – not less than 107;
- Polysaccharide of a kefiric fungus – 0,4 mg.
The cover of the capsule consists of gelatin, ferrous oxide red, dioxide titanium.
Indications to use
Use of Acipol is recommended to adults and children for therapy in the following cases:
- The acute intestinal infections caused by stafilokokka, salmonellas or other gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms and also intestinal infections of an uncertain etiology;
- Dysfunctions of intestines (including coloenterites of various etiology) and/or long intestinal frustration;
- Digestion disturbance, frustration of a chair, decrease in immunity, weakness (dysbacteriosis effect);
- The dysbacteriosis caused by drug intake;
- Atopic dermatitis and allergic diseases.
Contraindications
Use of Acipol is contraindicated only in case of the increased individual sensitivity to any its components.
Route of administration and dosage
Acipol for children aged from 3 months up to 3 years is appointed on 1 capsule by 2-3 times a day, along with food.
And the adult 1 capsule 3-4 times a day, in 30 min. prior to food is recommended to children after 3 years.
For the prevention of development of dysbacteriosis Acipol is accepted on 1 capsule of 1 times a day for 10-15 days.
Treatment of infectious diseases lasts 8-10 days. A repeated course can be conducted only in a month.
The Acipol capsules are swallowed entirely, without chewing, washing down with water. For newborn children their contents are parted in water or milk.
Side effects
Side reactions when using a probiotic it is not established, medicine is transferred by patients well. Data on overdose are absent.
Special instructions
It is necessary to accept Acipol during pregnancy and when breastfeeding under observation of the attending physician.
It is impossible to use drug at which internal packaging is broken, there is no marking, the period of validity expired.
The mechanism of action of a probiotic is rather well studied therefore at Acipol reasonably high degree of substantiality of use.
