Pharmacological action
Anuzol is complex drug for local therapy which possesses antiinflammatory, spasmolytic, antiseptic, knitting, drying and antipruritic properties. On group accessory this drug belongs to antihemorrhoidal means. Anuzol in shape suppository rectal is issued (candles for introduction to a rectum). The operating active agents of this drug are extract of a belladonna, bismuth tribromfenolit also zinc sulfate. After introduction of a candle Anuzol in a rectum the effect of drug is shown in 15-90 minutes. Duration of resorptive action (effects of drug after absorption in blood) ankaloid fluctuates from two to six hours.
Indications to use
According to the instruction, Anuzol is applied in the following cases:
- internal and outside hemorrhoids;
- damages of anorectal area;
- anal fissures;
- burning or irritation in the field of proctal pass;
- proctal feeling of a pricking.

Anuzol candles are applied rektalno, usually appoint 1 suppository two or three of time within a day.
The maximum daily dose should not exceed 7 candles of Anuzol.
Side effects
Reviews of Anuzola confirm possibility of undesirable effects after use of drug, such as dryness in a mouth, thirst, a lock, tachycardia, expansion of pupils, an ischuria, spasms, a headache, dizziness, drowsiness, allergic reactions.
Contraindications
In the instruction to Anuzol a number of diseases at which use of this drug is forbidden is specified:
- closed-angle glaucoma;
- prostate hypertrophy with the urine outflow disturbance phenomena;
- benign tumors of a prostate.
Anuzol candles are not appointed at hypersensitivity to drug components, and also at pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Additional information
Candles Anuzol need to be stored in the dark place at a temperature which is not exceeding 200C. This drug within two years from the moment of production is good.

Oxide, bismuth nitrate the main, a tannin, Resorcinolum, iodine and a metiltioniniya chloride are Neo Anuzol's part zinc. This drug possesses the knitting and antiseptic action.
Neo Anuzol is applied rektalno on 1 candle one or twice a day. Contraindications and side effects are identical to the corresponding characteristics of Anuzol.
