Finalgon
Application instruction:
Finalgon treats group of local irritative medicines which have vasodilating and antiinflammatory effect. Drug improves blood circulation, normalizes a metabolism and has the warming effect.
Finalgon was widely used as the anesthetizing drug for treatment of damages of muscular tissue and joints.
Structure and form of release of Finalgon
The main active ingredients – нонивамид 4 mg also nikoboksit 25 mg.
Auxiliary components: silicon dioxide, vaseline, sorbic acid, citronella oil, adipic acid.
Finalgon is issued in the form of ointment on 30-50 g in an aluminum tube.
Pharmacological action
Finalgon is analgeziruyushchy and antiinflammatory medicine which after drawing on skin gets into peripheral and nerve fibrils. Drug expands vessels, improves fermental reactions and causes a temporary dermahemia for improvement of a blood-groove.
Finalgon has good responses as high-speed drug with deep penetration of active components into fabrics and approach of medical effect within 25-30 minutes.
Ointment Finalgon directionally affects the inflammation centers, eliminates a pain syndrome and promotes recovery of the injured muscles, fabrics and nerve fibrils.

Finalgon appoint for treatment of arthritis, polyarthritis, a mialgiya, a bursitis, a lumbago, an ischialgia, an arthralgia, disturbances of blood circulation, neuritis of various etiology, a tendevit.

Application instruction of Finalgon
According to the instruction Finalgon it is necessary to apply locally 0,5-1 cm of ointment on the inflamed site of skin. Ointment should be applied evenly and to rub in skin lungs of the movement, and then to cover a surface with woolen fabric.
It is necessary for prevention of sports injuries prior to the training (in 30-40 minutes) to pound muscles ointment.
Finalgon as it is necessary to use the warming means 2-3 times a day. The exact dosage has to be defined by the attending physician to avoid allergic reactions. Duration of a course of treatment makes 10 days.
Finalgon's instruction is offered to use carefully ointment and to avoid its hit in eyes. At hit on skin of a large amount of ointment, she needs to be moved away the cotton plug moistened in vegetable oil. Finalgon it is impossible to apply on the damaged sites of skin, open wounds and mucous membranes. At Finalgon's hit in their eyes it is necessary to wash out immediately a large amount of water and to grease with vaseline.
Contraindications
Contraindications to Finalgon's appointment are hypersensitivity and intolerance of components of drug, dermatitis, eczema, open wounds and damages on skin, pregnancy and the period of breastfeeding, allergic reactions on skin. Ointment cannot be applied on skin of a neck, a stomach and hips.
Side effects of Finalgon
Finalgon is well had and usually does not cause side reactions.
In certain cases ointment can cause allergic reactions of local action – skin rash, a small tortoiseshell, hypostases and reddenings on skin, burning, an itch, a skin burn, dermatitis, eczema.
