Kalanchoe juice
Application instruction:
Kalanchoe juice – drug of a plant origin for topical and external use with the antiinflammatory and improving an angenesis action.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form – solution for topical and external use spirit: liquid with a specific smell from light yellow till brown color with possible existence of a suspension in the form of fine particles (on 20 ml in glass colourless bottles, in a cardboard pack 1 bottle).
Active agent – juice from fresh escapes of a kalanchoe, in 1000 ml of solution – 760 ml.
Auxiliary components: alcohol of 95%.
Indications to use
The kalanchoe juice is shown for external and topical administration at treatment of trophic ulcers, burns, purulent wounds, nipple cracks at the feeding women, decubituses, aphthous stomatitis, an ulitis.
Drug is appointed for intake to patients with gastritis, a chronic coloenteritis, gastroduodenity.
Contraindications
Use of solution of juice is contraindicated to patients with hypersensitivity to drug components.
Route of administration and dosage
Use of drug depends on clinical testimonies of the patient.
Outwardly solution is applied by drawing a thin layer of linimentum or the napkin impregnated with drug on a wound surface under a bintovy bandage. The procedure is carried out 1 time a day after the surgical manipulations connected with cleaning of a wound within 10-15 days.
At treatment of contaminated wounds of the Kalanchoe juice is combined with antimicrobic or antiseptic drugs.
Locally use for therapy of pathologies of an oral cavity, apply 3-4 times in days of application with solution on the struck mucous surfaces.
Administration of drug is inside made in 1 hour prior to or 1-2 hours later after food.
Dosing is appointed on 1 teaspoon by 4 times a day, for reception the dose of drug should be parted in 50-100 g of warm water. The treatment period – 3-5 weeks. The course of treatment in case of need can be repeated.
Side effects
Use of drug can cause side effects in the form of burning sensation in a site of application, development of allergic reactions, at intake – heartburn and diarrheas.
Special instructions
For removal of a burning sensation at topical and external use drug is recommended to be dissolved from 2% with novocaine solution in a proportion 50:1.
Before use it is necessary to maintain solution not less than 30 minutes at the room temperature.
For use in dental practice the amount of drug necessary for one procedure should be warmed up previously up to the temperature of 37 °C on the water bath.
Medicinal interaction
Clinically significant interaction of solution with other medicines it is not established.

To store in the unavailable to children, protected from light place at a temperature of 18-20 °C.
