Kandibiotik
Application instruction:
Kandibiotik – the combined antibacterial and antifungal drug with mestnoanesteziruyushchy action used for treatment of various LOR-diseases.
Pharmacological action Kandibiotik
Drug renders antifungal, antibacterial, antiedematous, mestnoanesteziruyushchy and antiinflammatory action at diseases of an ear of an inflammatory and allergic etiology.
Action of ear drops Kandibiotik is caused by the active ingredients entering it:
- Clotrimazolum, derivative an imidazole, is antifungal broad-spectrum agent;
- Chloramphenicol, being a bacteriostatic antibiotic of a broad spectrum of activity, it is active in the relation of both gram-negative, and gram-positive bacteria;
- Beclomethasone Dipropionas has antiallergic and antiinflammatory effect;
- Lidocaine the hydrochloride works as local anesthetic.
Kandibiotik's analogs on chemical composition do not exist.
The active ingredients which are a part of drug do it by universal complex remedy at acute inflammatory pathology on average and an outside ear of any microbic etiology. If necessary to replace Kandibiotik with an analog, it is possible to apply the combined treatment by antibacterial and antifungal drugs in drops.
Release form
Kandibiotik release in the form of transparent light yellow ear drops. 1 ml of drug contains 250 mkg of beclomethasone of Dipropionas, 50 mg of chloramphenicol, 10 mg of Clotrimazolum and 20 mg of lidocaine of a hydrochloride. Excipients – propylene glycol and глицерол. In dark glass bottles with a pipette on 5 ml in a cardboard pack.
Indications to use
Kandibiotik according to the instruction is applied at allergic and inflammatory diseases of an ear:
- Chronic otitis in an aggravation stage;
- Acute average otitis;
- Acute and diffusion outside otitis;
- After the surgical interventions which are carried out on an ear.
Contraindications
Drops Kandibiotik are contraindicated at:
- Children's age up to 6 years;
- Disturbances of integrity of a tympanic membrane;
- Hypersensitivity to Kandibiotik and his components.
Because of Kandibiotik Beklometazon who is a part of drops of Dipropionas, drug is not appointed at a herpes simplex and chicken pox.
Application instruction
Kandibiotik according to the instruction dig in in outside acoustical pass. Treatment is carried out by 3-4 times a day, digging in 4-5 drops. The course depends on disease and makes from a week to 10 days. Improvement of a state, according to reviews about Kandibiotike, occurs for the third or fifth day since the beginning of use.
Side effects
According to reviews Kandibiotik is had well and seldom causes burning in a site of application or an itch. Also allergic reactions are extremely seldom observed.
Data on overdose and medicinal interaction with other drugs are not described.
Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding is not studied. Therefore Kandibiotik resolves an issue of purpose of ear drops the attending physician.
