Mukosat
Application instruction:
Mukosat – the drug improving structure of cartilaginous tissue.
Pharmacological action
Mukosat has antiinflammatory effect.
Its active agent – chondroitin (receive from a trachea of cattle), which can reduce loss of calcium ions, to slow down a rassasyvaniye of a bone tissue and destructive processes in cartilages and connecting fabric, to accelerate processes of regeneration of cartilages, to improve exchange of calcium, phosphorus, to prevent squeezing of connecting fabric.
Mukosat's use helps to increase release of intra joint liquid and mobility of joints, to reduce morbidity and an inflammation, to reduce the need for purpose of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Drug малотоксичен, in the structure is similar to the drug Heparin and therefore, judging by responses about Mukosat, it is capable to prevent emergence of fibrinous blood clots in a circulatory bed.
Active agent chondroitin after its introduction is intramusculary soaked up quickly and already in half an hour in blood reaches high concentration. For two days chondroitin level in blood gradually decreases.
Chondroitin preferential in cartilages collects, effect of drug develops slowly, but keeps within several months.

Indications to Mukosat's use
Mukosat according to the instruction is shown for treatment of distofichesky and degenerative conditions of joints and a backbone which often develop at an osteoarthrosis intervertebral and with damage of big joints, at primary arthrosis. Use Mukosat for acceleration of healing of joints is effective at changes, for treatment of parondopatiya, osteoporosis, for removal of a joint pain (additional therapy), for prevention and treatment of injuries of joints after excessive exercise stresses

Contraindications
Mukosat according to the instruction do not appoint at predisposition to thrombophlebitises, bleeding and hypersensitivity.
Mukosat children cannot give injections and it is not recommended to accept means to the feeding, pregnant women.
There are responses about Mukosat, that drug can strengthen action of fibrinolitik (drugs for dissolution of blood clots) indirect anticoagulants (the drugs which are slowing down coagulability of blood - coumarin derivatives, in particular, Atsenokumarol), antiagregant (the means reducing a thrombogenesis). If such combination therapy nevertheless is vital to the patient, it is necessary to control indicators of coagulability of blood constantly.
Application instruction of Mukosat
Mukosat adults take a pill two р / days on 0,75gr throughout the first 3kh weeks and after two р / day on 0,5gr.
Children after 5 years Mukosat in capsules or tablets accept on 0,5-0,75gr; children 1-5l. – on 0,5gr, children about one year – on 0,25gr.
Injections Mukasat are given every other day, pricked on 0,1gr. After the fourth prick Mukosat the dosage is increased to 0,2gr. In total for a course of treatment it is necessary to give 25-35 injections.
According to indications in half a year it is possible to repeat therapy.
Side effects
Use Mukosat can provoke reactions of allergic character.
In the venue of an injection hemorrhages can develop.
If side effects were shown, it is necessary to cancel Mukosat.
There are no data on possible overdose in the instruction Mukosat, but the fact that at exceeding of the recommended doses the probability of development of side effects considerably increases is not excluded.
