Accommodation of an eye

Accommodation of an eye (accomodatio oculi; lat. accomodatio – adaptation, a prinorovleniye) – the physiological process which is characterized by changes of the refracting eye force at visual perception of the objects located at various distances from it.

Allocate:

  • Accommodation of an eye absolute (accomodatio oculi absoluta) – set of parameters of accommodation of an eye (area and volume of accommodation) which were measured separately for each eye;
  • Accommodation of an eye internal (accomodatio oculi interna; synonym: accommodation of an eye lenticular) – accommodation of an eye which is caused by the changes of index of refraction of a crystalline lens arising at reduction of a ciliary muscle;
  • Accommodation of an eye external (accomodatio oculi externa; synonym: accommodation of an eye not lenticular) – accommodation of an eye which is caused by changes of the perednezadny size of an eye at reduction of his outside muscles. Existence of accommodation of an eye external at the person it is not proved;
  • Accommodation of an eye relative (accomodatio oculi relativa) – set of parameters of accommodation of an eye (area and volume of accommodation) which were measured at binocular fixing of an object, i.e. at the known extent of convergence;
  • Accommodation of an eye intrakapsulyarny (accomodatio oculi intracapsularis; synonym: accommodation of an eye vnutrikapsulyarny) – internal accommodation of an eye which is caused by movement of lenticular fibers at reductions of a ciliary muscle;
  • Accommodation of an eye ekstrakapsulyarny (accomodatio oculi extracapsularis; synonym: accommodation of an eye extracapsular) – internal accommodation of an eye which is caused by change of curvature of surfaces of a crystalline lens at reductions of a ciliary muscle.

Having fallen from a donkey, you more likely will kill yourself, than having fallen from a horse. Only do not try to disprove this statement.
