Antinuclear factor

Antinuclear factor (ANF; Greek anti-– against; opposite property, action, situation + lat. nucleus – a kernel; synonym: a lupoid factor) – antibodies, which action directionally against kernels of cells, for example, at a system lupus erythematosus. The antinuclear factor belongs to class G immunoglobulins.
