Pharmacological action

The effect Three Mercy is based on various factors, basic of which - ovulation inhibition. In addition to contraceptive action, the combined oral contraceptives, possess some other positive effects. The ordering of a menstrual cycle made by them leads to less painful periods, with bleeding of smaller intensity. What in turn reduces iron deficiency anemia frequency. Use of the combined oral contraceptives with the high level of content of hormones leads to decrease in risk of emergence: fibrous and cystous mastopathy, cyst of ovaries, inflammations of bodies of a small pelvis, cancer of an ovary, ectopic pregnancy.

Pharmacokinetics Three Thanks

Dezogestrel at peroral acceptance is completely and quickly soaked up with the subsequent transformation in etonogestret. Etonogestrel contacts the globulin connecting sex hormones. Bioavailability of drug makes 62-81%.

Dosage Three Thanks and route of administration

Pill is taken according to the scheme specified on packaging, every day at the same time it is possible with liquid. The course of daily reception lasts 21 days. Then the week break during which there is menstrualnopodobny bleeding becomes.

Contraindications

Lactation
