  • Kashi on water (any except semolina);

  • Vegetables with the low content of starch (an asparagus, zucchini, carrots, white, Beijing and a cauliflower, broccoli, a celery, spinach);
  • Fruit: oranges, apples, grapefruit, pineapples, bananas and any other seasonal fruit;
  • Vegetable oil for seasoning of salads;
  • Green and black tea, black coffee, still mineral water.

On the second week are in addition entered:

  • Whole-grain or rye bread;
  • Meat, fish and bird of low-fat grades.

  • Salt;
  • Sugar and confectionery;
  • Pastries;
  • Greasy, smoked and spicy food;
  • Carbonated drinks;
  • Alcohol.
