Solution for injections – transparent yellow or light yellow solution (on 2 ml in ampoules from transparent dark glass, on 5 or 10 ampoules in a blister strip packaging, on 1 or 2 packagings in a pack cardboard);
Capsules – gelatinous, soft, brick-red color, an oval form (on 25 pieces in the blister, on 2 blisters in a pack cardboard).

Are a part of 1 ampoule:

Active agent: сулодексид – 600 LU (lipazemichesky units);
Auxiliary components: sodium chloride – 18 mg; water for preparation of injections – to 2 ml.

Are a part of 1 capsule:

Active agent: сулодексид – 250 LU (lipazemichesky units);
Auxiliary components: sodium lauryl sulfate – 3,3 mg; a silicon dioxide colloid – 3,0 mg; triglycerides – 86,1 mg;
Structure of the capsule: titanium dioxide (E171) – 0,30 mg; glycerin – 21,0 mg; gelatin – 55,0 mg; iron oxide red – 0,90 mg; пропилпараоксибензоат sodium – 0,12 mg; ethyl-r-oxysodium benzoate – 0,24 mg.

Indications to use

Disturbances of cerebral circulation, including the periods of early recovery and the acute periods of an ischemic stroke;
Angiopatiya with the increased risk of a thrombogenesis, including states after the postponed myocardial infarction;
Vascular dementia;
The Distsirkulyatorny encephalopathy caused by an idiopathic hypertensia, a diabetes mellitus, atherosclerosis;
Deep vein thrombosis, flebopatiya;
Occlusal damages of peripheral arteries of diabetic and atherosclerotic genesis;
Anti-phospholipidic syndrome, trombofilichesky states (along with acetylsalicylic acid, and also after low-molecular heparins);
Mikroangiopatiya (neuropathy, retinopathy, nephropathy) and a macrovascular disease (a cardiopathy, encephalopathy, a syndrome of diabetic foot) at a diabetes mellitus;
Therapy of GTT – heparin - the induced trombotichesky thrombocytopenia (drug does not cause GTT and does not aggravate disease).

Contraindications

Followed by the lowered coagulability of blood of a disease and hemorrhagic diathesis;
I trimester of pregnancy;
Hypersensitivity to drug components.

At pregnancy drug is appointed under strict control of the doctor.

Route of administration and dosage

Wessel Due F can be entered intramusculary or intravenously (after cultivation in normal saline solution of 150-200 ml), and also to accept inside (between meals).

At the beginning of therapy of 15-20 days drug is used intramusculary on 1 ampoule daily, then 30-40 days accept 2 times a day on 1 capsule.

It is necessary to repeat a full course not less than 2 times a year. Depending on indications and reaction to therapy the doctor can change the dosing mode.

Side effects

During therapy development is possible:

Allergic reactions: rash;
Bodies of digestive tract: pain in epigastriums, vomiting, nausea;
Others: burning, pain and a hematoma in the place of an injection.

Special instructions

There is a positive experience of use of Wessel Due F for prevention and treatment of vascular complications at women with diabetes of type 1 in the II-III trimesters of pregnancy, and also at development of a gestosis (late toxicosis of pregnant women).

If necessary it is recommended to use drug under control of a koagulogramma.

At the beginning of therapy and at its termination it is reasonable to define such indicators as:

The activated partial tromboplastinovy time (norm – 30-40 seconds, depending on concentration and a type of the used activator can fluctuate within 25-30 or 35-50 seconds);
Bleeding time (norm on Duca – 2-4 minutes);
Content of antithrombin is III (norm – 210-300 mg/l);
Time of coagulation of not stabilized blood (norm on Milian's method in Moravits's modification – 6-8 minutes).

Drug can increase normal indicators approximately by 1,5 times.

Medicinal interaction

Simultaneous use of Wessel Due F with the medicines influencing system of a hemostasis is not recommended (antiagregant, indirect and direct anticoagulants).
