Acylact

The acylact – the drug used for the treatment of diseases of a female genital, intestines and an oral cavity caused by disturbance of microflora.

Form of release and structure

Medicine is produced in the form of lyophilisate for preparation of suspension, vaginal candles, substance-powder and tablets. Each dose of drug supports 10^7 live acidophilic lactobacilli.

Indications to use

• Inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity (ulcer and necrotic ulitis, aphthous stomatitis, glossitis);
• The pathological changes of a mucous oral cavity accompanying general diseases (Shegren's disease, red flat deprive, an exudative multiformny erythema);
• The diseases of an oral cavity caused by dysbacteriosis;
• Easy and medium-weight form of nonspecific ulcer colitis at adults;
• The chronic long coloenterites and colitis of an infectious and noninfectious etiology which are followed by disturbance of microflora;
• Long frustration of a chair, especially at children of chest age;
• The GIT acute infectious diseases, food toxicoinfections caused by opportunistic microorganisms;
• Rotavirusny gastroenteritis;
• Colpitises (except for diseases of a gonococcal, mecotic and candidosis origin);
• The vagina dysbacteriosis accompanying inflammatory processes of a body, neck and appendages of a uterus (upon termination of a course of antibacterial therapy).

Also Atsilakt apply by preparation for planned gynecologic operations and during prenatal training of pregnant women at risk of development of gnoynoseptichesky complications.

Contraindications

Atsilakt's use is contraindicated at vulvovaginal candidiasis.

Route of administration and dosage

Depending on a disease apply various dosage forms of drug locally, inside and intravaginalno.

When using lyophilisate for suspension preparation contents of a bottle need to be dissolved in boiled water of room temperature at the rate of 1 teaspoon of water on 1 dose of Atsilakt. A small amount of the measured water is added to a bottle with medicine and properly stirred up. Powder is dissolved on average 5 minutes therefore beige homogeneous suspension which needs to be mixed in the water which remained in a glass is formed. It is necessary to consider that the prepared solution is not subject to storage.

Depending on expressiveness of dysbacteriosis and a clinical form of a disease of the doctor the daily dose and Atsilakt route of administration is defined.

Drug is used as a water suspension for rinsings after food at the following diseases of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity:

• Glossitis: usually appoint for two weeks on 5 doses to 3 times a day;
• Ulcer and necrotic ulitis and recurrent aphthous stomatitis: accept drug within two weeks on 5 doses to 3 times a day, conduct two courses of treatment Atsilaktom with a break in a week;
• Red flat deprive pathological processes in the oral cavities caused by such general diseases as Shegren's disease also a multiformny exudative erythema: not less than 7 days conduct two courses for 2 weeks on 10 doses a day divided into 4 receptions with a break between courses.

At intestinal frustration the most effectively oral administration of Atsilakt for half an hour to food. To children aged before half a year appoint 5 doses a day divided into 2 receptions; to children 6 months and the adult – on 5 doses 2-3 times a day are more senior. Drug at acute inflammatory processes is accepted for a week, at recurrent and long forms of a disease – from two to three weeks.

At atopic dermatitis at children, the followed disturbance of normal intestinal microflora, appoint several courses of reception of Atsilakt on 5 doses a day for 20-25 days, with breaks in two months.

Vaginal candles apply at diseases of female generative organs on 1 suppository twice a day for 5-10 days. It is also possible to carry out irrigations by a water suspension of lyophilisate for preparation of suspension or to enter the tampon impregnated with it.

Side effects

Usually Atsilakt does not cause by-effects.

Special instructions

Drug can be used along with antiviral, antibacterial and immunomodulatory medicines.

Analogs

Structural analogs of Atsilakt are drugs Biobakton and Laktobakterin.

Conditions and periods of storage

To store at a temperature of 2-8 °C.

Period of validity – 1 year.
