Drug is recommended to be used regularly, irrespective of attacks. The therapeutic effect of use of drug develops gradually, improvement usually occurs within a week after the beginning of therapy.

Beklazon appoint:

Prevention of exacerbations of bronchial asthma and its treatment at inefficiency of therapy by bronchodilators and kromoglikaty sodium in combination with bronchodilators;
Treatment of hormonedependent bronchial asthma.

Drug does not stop a bronchospasm.

Contraindications

Tuberculosis;
The heavy attacks of bronchial asthma demanding an intensive care;
I trimester of pregnancy;

Route of administration and dosage

Beklazon, if necessary, it is possible to apply along with kromoglikaty sodium, bronchodilators and antibiotics.

Side effects

At use in the recommended doses Beklazon does not cause the side effects characteristic of glucocorticoid drugs. Most often at treatment there can be a hoarseness of a voice, sneezing and cough.

At prolonged use of Beklazon in high doses candidiasis of upper parts of respiratory tracts and an oral cavity, and also the hidden adrenal insufficiency can develop.

Special instructions

At emergence of a paradoxical bronchospasm Beklazon cancel at once and, after assessment of a condition of the patient, appoint other medicines.

At long use of any inhalation glucocorticosteroids, especially in high doses, development of system effects is possible though the probability of their emergence is much lower, than at reception of such drugs inside. Therefore at achievement of therapeutic effect the dosage of inhalation glucocorticosteroids should be reduced to the minimal effective dose controlling disease.

Sharp drug withdrawal is not recommended.

It is necessary to observe extra care at drug use by patients with inactive or active forms of a pulmonary tuberculosis.

It is necessary to protect eyes from Beklazon's hit. It is possible to prevent damage of skin a century and a nose washing after inhalation.
