Structure of Tsiklodinona
Solution of drug 
contains active ingredient – dry extract of fruits of a summer cypress of ordinary (Agnuscastus). As excipients are used: the water purified polysorbate 20, povidone, the sodium saccharate dihydrate, sorbitol of 70% which is (not crystallizing) ethanol of 96%, peppermint fragrance.
In tablets – active ingredient dry extract of fruits of a summer cypress of ordinary (Agnuscastus). As excipients are used: silicon dioxide colloid, povidone, lactoses monohydrate, magnesium stearate, potato starch, cellulose microcrystallic.
Pharmacological action
Tsiklodinon normalizes the level of concentration of sex hormones. Active component of drug, vegetable matter – a summer cypress ordinary.
Dofaminergichesky effect of drug leads to decrease in products of prolactin. The increased level of concentration of prolactin suppresses secretion of gonadotrophins that leads to disturbance of an ovulation and formation of a yellow body therefore there can be a disturbance of a menstrual cycle and mastodynia.
Also prolactin has a promoting effect on proliferative processes in a mammary gland, increasing formation of connecting fabrics and broadening milk channels. Thus, reducing the level of content of prolactin, stops pain syndromes in mammary glands and causes involution of pathological processes.
Indications to use of Tsiklodinona
Premenstrual syndrome, frustration of a menstrual cycle, mastodynia.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance of components of drug.
According to the instruction Tsiklodinon is not recommended to pregnant women, and also when breastfeeding.
Tsiklodinon's dosage and route of administration
Tsiklodinon's solution before the use should be shaken up. Is accepted orally once a day on 40 drops better since morning, with a small amount of water.
Pill is taken orally once a day, without chewing, washing down with a small amount of water.
The standard 
course of treatment is expected 3 months, without breaks during menstrual cycles.
At improvement of a state and disappearance of symptoms it is necessary to continue Tsiklodinon's reception within 2-3 weeks.
Side effects of Tsiklodinona
On the received comments Tsiklodinon can give occasionally the side effects which are expressed as skin allergic reactions. There are reviews of isolated cases of psychomotor excitement, hallucinations, manifestations of the confused consciousness.
About overdose of responses by Tsiklodinon it was not received.
Tsiklodinon's interactions with other medicines
At joint reception of Tsiklodinon happens to analogs of antagonists of dopamine receptors mutual easing of effect. Interactions with other drugs are at the moment unknown.

At emergence during treatment of painful feelings in mammary glands, a depression, or menstrual disturbances, it is necessary to see consultation the attending physician. Lactose is a part of a cover of tablets. The individual lactose intolerance can become the reason of diarrhea and painful feelings in epigastric area. As well as its analogs, Tsiklodinon does not exert impact on ability to control of mechanisms and vehicles. As a part of solution alcohol contains that has to be considered at purpose of reception of this drug.
The note for patients with a diabetes mellitus
To persons with a diabetes mellitus Tsiklodinon's acceptance both in the form of drops, and in the form of tablets is admissible. Contains in a single dose of drug less than 0,03 of "grain units".
Storage conditions
