Таблетки Де-Нол De-Nol – the antiulcerous drug used for protection of a mucous membrane of a stomach and a duodenum.

Form of release and structure

De-Nol release in the form of tablets, film coated: cream-white color, round, biconvex, with the text of "gbr 152" which is squeezed out on one of the parties and the graphic drawing on another, with a light smell of ammonia or inodorous (on 8 pieces in blisters, on 7 or 14 blisters in a cardboard pack).

Is a part of 1 tablet:

Active agent: bismuth oxide – 120 mg (bismuth a trikaliya dicitrate – 304,6 mg);
Auxiliary components: macrogoal of 6000 - 6 mg; potassium polyacrylate – 23,6 mg; magnesium stearate – 2 mg; corn starch – 70,6 mg; K30 povidone – 17,7 mg.

Structure of a cover: опадрай OY-S-7366 (macrogoal of 6000 - 1,1 mg; a gipromelloza 5 мПа×с – 3,2 mg).

Indications to use

Chronic gastroduodenit also gastritis (including associated with Helicobacter pylori) in the period of an aggravation;
The functional dyspepsia which is not connected with organic diseases of digestive tract;
Peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum (including associated with Helicobacter pylori) in the period of an aggravation;
Syndrome of the angry intestines which is followed preferential by diarrhea symptoms.

Contraindications

Dekompensirovanny renal failure;
Pregnancy and period of breastfeeding (lactation);
Age up to 4 years;
Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Route of administration and dosage

De-Nol should be accepted inside, washing down with water in a small amount.

To children of 12 years and adult De-Nol appoint 4 times a day on 1 tablet (for half an hour before meal and to night) or 2 times a day 2 tablets (for half an hour before meal).

To children of younger age drug is appointed:

8-12 years – 2 times a day on 1 tablet;
4-8 years – 8 mg/kg a day (on 1-2 tablet a day, respectively in 1-2 receptions).

Duration of a course of treatment – 1-2 months. Within the next 2 months drugs with the content of bismuth should not be accepted.

It is reasonable to apply to an eradikation of Helicobacter pylori of De-Nol along with antibacterial medicines with antikhelikobakterny activity.

Side effects

During therapy development of the following side effects is possible:

Central nervous system: the encephalopathy connected with accumulation in the bismuth central nervous system (at prolonged use of De-Nol in high doses);
Alimentary system: nausea, increase of a chair, vomiting, a lock (effects have temporality and are not dangerous to health);
Allergic reactions: skin itch, skin rash.

Special instructions

It is not necessary to apply De-Nol longer than 8 weeks.

During therapy it is not recommended to exceed the appointed doses for children and adults, and also it is not necessary to apply other medicines with the content of bismuth.

After the end of course treatment concentration of active agent (oxide bismuth) in a blood plasma usually does not exceed 0,003-0,058 mg/l (intoxication is observed at concentration more than 0,1 mg/l).

During treatment coloring a calla in black color is possible that it is connected with formation of bismuth sulfide. Also insignificant darkening of language can be noted.

Medicinal interaction

Simultaneous use of De-Nol with antibiotic drugs of group of tetracyclines reduces their absorption.

Change of efficiency of De-Nol is possible at his concomitant use with other medicines, and also food and liquid, in particular, with antacids, milk, fruit juice and fruit.
