• hlorgeksidina биглюконат.

As excipients in vaginal candles Depantol are used a macrogoal 1500 and a macrogoal 400.

Excipients in ointment Depantol: propylene glycol, a macrogoal цетостеарат, liquid paraffin, stearyl alcohol, vaseline, potassium dihydrophosphate, hydrophosphate sodium dodecahydrate and the purified water.

Vaginal suppositories Depantol have white, grayish-white or yellow-white color and a torpedo-shaped form. The surface can sometimes be marble.

According to the instruction, Depantol cream has white or muddy-white color.

Candles Depantol are the combined regenerating, antiseptic and metabolic drug for topical administration.

According to the instruction, Depantol candles incorporate хлоргексидин which shows activity in relation to gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria of Treponema pallidum, Ureaplasma spp., Chlamydia spp., Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Bacteroides fragilis, Gardnerella vaginalis, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus spp. Staphylococcus spp., to barmy fungi, elementary (Trichomonas vaginalis) and dermatophytes. Drug has weak effect on some strains of Proteus spp., Pseudomonas spp. also does not affect acid resisting bacteria, bacterial spores.

According to the instruction, Depantol does not break functioning of lactobacilli and is capable to keep the activity in the presence of pus and blood.

Indications to Depantol's use

Vaginal candles Depantol are shown at:

• acute and chronic vaginita;

• true erosion of a neck of uterus which have a specific etiology;

• endo/ekzotservitsita, including, complicated by an ectopia of a uterine neck;

• during the puerperal period and during the period after obstetric and gynecologic operations;

• for improvement of regenerative processes in mucous membranes of a neck of uterus and a vagina after a lazerodestruktion, a cryolysis and diathermocoagulation.

• treatments of the burns containing an infection, wounds, grazes, decubituses, cracks, cuts, an intertrigo and trophic ulcers;

• for processing of the wounds arising after operations.

According to many responses, Depantol it is also good to apply cream at the infected scratches and dermatitis at children, and also at the infected inflammation and nipple cracks of mammary glands at nursing mothers.
