As salt at this diet is prohibited, it is recommended to replace it with spices and sunflower seeds that dishes were not fresh. It is possible to make mixes to the taste, Yulia Vysotskaya offers three options:

  1. to mix dry onions, garlic, a basil, a thyme, a marjoram, a sage, a thyme with ground black and red pepper in any proportions;
  2. to mix the cleared seeds of a sunflower and flax, almonds in equal quantities, to crush;
  3. on 30 g of caraway seeds, cinnamon, cardamom and a carnation to crush with several peas of black pepper.
