- from 600 to 800 grams of vegetables;

- 50 grams of eggs and oil;

- not less than 300-500 grams of fruit;

- from 400 to 500 grams of bread;

- 20-30 grams of vegetable oil;

In mother's food after the delivery it is necessary to limit the use of too caloric products: sour creams, cream, mayonnaise, fat meat, duck and goose meat, nuts, sugar, candies, cookies, rice and potatoes.

With care it is necessary to use also products which can cause an allergy in the kid: citrus, honey, strawberry, chocolate, fish, coffee, pickles, strong beef-infusion broth, preserved foods, sausage. All drinks containing alcohol, including beer are categorically contraindicated.

  • It is necessary to eat food not less than four-six times a day. Such mode is useful both from a position of a concept of healthy nutrition, and to a lactation. Do not allow chaotic having a snack, do not eat at night and do not gorge on for the night.
  • Drink a lot of water – not less than two liters a day. Can drink only less those at whom the lactation is raised.

As a garnish you can use two hundred grams of any vegetables.

Dinner: two hundred grams of boiled or stewed fish, the boiled asparagus haricot (150 grams) which is warmed up in one tablespoon of the vegetable oil mixed with two crushed garlick segments and chopped cilantro, one glass of tomato juice.

In breaks between receptions of food drink kefir, juice, clear water or green tea.
