Solution for topical administration of 0,1%: red transparent liquid with a mint smell (on 200 ml in glass bottles, on 1 bottle in a cardboard pack).

Indications to use

Infectious and inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity and throat;
Bleeding of gums and ulitis;
Quinsies (including Plaut-Vinzent's quinsies, quinsies with defeat of side rollers);
Pharyngitis;
Periodontopathias;
Infection of alveoluses after an exodontia;
Fungal infections of a pharyngeal cavity and mouth, especially candidosis stomatitis;
The serious feverish or purulent illness of a pharyngeal cavity and mouth demanding purpose of antibiotic drugs and streptocides, tonsillitis;
Glossitis, stomatitis, aphthous ulcers (for prevention of superinfections).

Also Geksoral apply before operations in oral cavities and throats as additional hygienic tool of an oral cavity at the general diseases, to elimination of an unpleasant smell from a mouth, especially at the collapsing tumors of a pharyngeal cavity and a mouth and as auxiliary drug during treatment of catarrhal diseases.

Contraindications

Age up to 3 years;
Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Before Geksoral's appointment the feeding and pregnant women need to weigh carefully risk and the expected advantage of treatment (taking into account lack of sufficient data about allocation with breast milk and penetration of drug through a placental barrier).

Route of administration and dosage

Geksoral appoint to adults and children of 3 years. If there are no other instructions of the doctor, drug is used by 2 times a day after food, it is desirable in the morning and in the evening. Geksoral is considered safe as well at its more frequent use.

Duration of therapy is defined by the doctor.

Drug in the form of an aerosol is used locally in the form of sprayings in a pharyngeal cavity and a mouth. The single dose should be sprayed within 1-2 seconds.

Because active agent of drug adgezirutsya on a mucous membrane, Geksoral gives lasting effect.

For use it is necessary to put on a nozzle sprayer an aerosol can and to direct its end to an affected area of a pharyngeal cavity or a mouth. During Geksoral's introduction the bottle needs to be held in vertical position constantly. During the procedure (1-2 seconds) it is not necessary to breathe.

Drug in the form of solution is used locally. Rinsing of a pharyngeal cavity and a mouth spend by duration not less than 30 seconds of 15 ml of not divorced solution. It is impossible to swallow solution.

For rinsing it is always necessary to use not divorced solution. At treatment of diseases of an oral cavity Geksoral it is also possible to put by means of a tampon.

Side effects

In some cases during therapy there can be hypersensitivity reactions.

At long use of Geksoral taste disturbance is possible.

Special instructions

At children Geksoral's use is possible from such age when they do not resist a foreign subject in a mouth (nozzle sprayer) at use of an aerosol and can hold the breath at drug injection, or when there is no danger of an uncontrolled proglatyvaniye of solution.
