General rules and recommendations of a hypolipidemic diet

At observance of a hypolipidemic diet nutritionists recommend to follow the following rules strictly:

  • It is strictly forbidden to starve. Certainly, many starve to lose weight and support health, but it is not provided by a hypolipidemic diet. It is necessary to adhere to the correct diet and not to do long breaks between meals. Otherwise an organism, receiving less necessary calories, will lay fats in store;
  • Is it is necessary often and small portions. Such power supply circuit is optimum: 3 main meals and 2 additional;
  • It is necessary to watch the caloric content of recipes at a hypolipidemic diet. The average number of the consumed calories a day should not exceed 1200 kcal. However if you have essential exercise stresses, for example, play sports, then in this case the number of calories should be increased. It will be for this purpose better to address the nutritionist;
  • You watch a condition of an organism. Try to be adjusted on a positive take;
  • Make the correct menu of a hypolipidemic diet for every day and strictly adhere to it.

What it is impossible to include in the menu of a hypolipidemic diet?

At observance of a hypolipidemic diet it is forbidden to eat the following products rich with saturated fats:

  • Fat molokoprodukta and milk. Heavy cream, condensed milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, cheese, kefir, ice cream, yogurt, curdled milk, milkshake, and also the porridges made on milk are prohibited;
  • Margarine, cooking and pork fat, palm and coconut oil;
  • Mutton and pork, and also products from them (ham, breast cut, bacon, a neck, a carbonate, gammon, various smoked products, fat and products which they can enter). It is impossible to use sausages, boiled sausages, beefsteaks, cutlets, sausages, canned meat, quenelles, and also fat beef-infusion broths;
  • Red fowl and skin;
  • Various offal (liver, brains, lungs, kidneys);
  • Sturgeon, crabs, crayfish, mollusks, shrimps, liver and fish roe;
  • Confectionery and bakery products from high-grade flour (cakes, biscuits, cakes) as at their structure there are a sugar, eggs and milk;
  • Sugar;
  • Any pasta;
  • Eggs;
  • Grain coffee, cocoa, chocolate;
  • Sweet carbonated drinks and alcohol (sweet fortified wines, beer, liqueurs).

What products need to be included in the menu of a hypolipidemic diet?

At observance of a hypolipidemic diet every day in a large number it is necessary to use the following products:

  • Vegetable oil – olive, sunflower, corn, cotton, rape;
  • All vegetables. It is recommended to include the fresh vegetables and also frozen and preserved in recipes of a hypolipidemic diet (without sugar), dried fruits. Perfectly such recipes at a hypolipidemic diet will approach as cold vegetarian borsch and vinaigrette;
  • Any greens (onions, basil, celery, parsley, fennel, spinach, sorrel, etc.), garlic;
  • Laminaria;
  • Still mineral water, fruit drinks and fruit juice without sugar;
  • Sea fish (navaga, sprat, haddock, ice, cod, hake, sardine, halibut, herring). Perfectly the baked fish, under marinade and fried on vegetable oil will be suitable for recipes of a hypolipidemic diet;

In limited quantity (no more than two portions a week) at observance of a hypolipidemic diet the use of such products is allowed:

  • Fast beef and light meat of a bird. It is more preferable to cook, cook meat on a grill or in the microwave oven. And here it is not recommended to fry or extinguish;
  • Secondary low-fat chicken or fast beef broth;
  • All river fish;
  • Buckwheat on water without oil;
  • Mushrooms;
  • Potatoes which are previously kept in water for an hour. Potatoes should be boiled. Sometimes it is possible to roast it on a small amount of vegetable oil;
  • Soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, adjika, spices and spices;
  • Instant coffee and tea without sugar;
  • Bread from rye flour and bran;
  • Almond, walnuts and filbert;
  • Chewing gum without sugar;
  • Alcohol, namely: dry wine, whisky, cognac, vodka.

Approximate menu of a hypolipidemic diet

The approximate diet of day of a hypolipidemic diet looks so:

  • Breakfast: porridge from brown rice with 1 teaspoon of natural honey, 1 glass of freshly squeezed juice with pulp;
  • Second breakfast: several rice crackers, 1 glass of skim milk and one big fruit;
  • Lunch: porridge, portion of boiled shrimps, mineral water and 150 g of fresh pineapple;
  • Afternoon snack: a glass of the fat-free kefir and some fruit;
  • Dinner: the fish steamed and green vegetables.
