Menu

The approximate menu of the Greek diet for three days:

First day

First breakfast: 2 toasts with cheese, fruit or vegetable salad, coffee with milk.

Second breakfast: yogurt.

Lunch: piece of chicken, fried on grill, green sweet pepper and red onions sunflower seeds salad.

Afternoon snack: fruit salad.

Dinner: rice and stewed vegetables, mint tea.

Second day

First breakfast: 2 tomatoes stuffed with shrimps, black coffee.

Lunch: cold vegetable soup, the baked eggplant.

Third day

First breakfast: cottage cheese with honey, black coffee.

Second breakfast: portion of salad from green vegetables, yogurt.

Lunch: spaghetti with tomato sauce of house preparation, tomatoes salad, a basilica and violet onions.

Afternoon snack: roll from an unleavened wheat cake with sheep cheese and tomatoes.

Dinner: the eggplants casserole strewed with pumpkin seeds.
