Contraindications

According to the instruction Egilok it is impossible to use in case of an atrioventricular block 2 and 3 degrees, weaknesses of a sinus node, lowerings of blood pressure are lower than 90-100 mm of mercury., at a sinus bradycardia with ChSS it is lower than 50-60 beats per minute.

Hypersensitivity to drug components is also a contraindication.

Application instruction of Egilok

Drug in tablets is accepted irrespective of food, selection of a dose is strictly individual and has to be carried out gradually. More than 200 mg/days Egilok cannot be accepted. Regular administration of drug is important for achievement of effect.

When using by the patient of contact lenses the patient has to know about possible emergence of discomfort in connection with decrease in products of the lacrimal liquid at treatment by this means.

If surgery against the background of Egilok's reception is planned, it is necessary to warn about it the anesthesiologist that he could choose adequate anesthetics with the minimum inotropic action. It is not required to cancel drug.

It is necessary to complete treatment by drug gradually, time in 2 weeks reducing a dose. Sharp drug withdrawal can worsen a condition of the patient.

Side effects

According to Egilok it is sometimes capable to cause a headache, fatigue, a depression, sleeplessness, dizzinesses, decrease in concentration of attention, decrease in pulse rate, an asthma, a bronchospasm, rhinitis, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pains, sweating strengthening, allergic reactions.
