Caloric content of fried onions

In fried onions caloric content depends on a way of culinary processing. In the food industry the cut and dried onions are fried in special tanks with addition of vegetable oils, then processed in a special way. It is used in production of semi-finished products, sausages, pastes as ingredient of instant products, the frozen products, in bakery products for baking of onions bread and rolls, is a part of ketchups and sauces. As seasoning fried onions is produced separately in a ground look, shredded or in the form of flakes.
