Cametonum – the drug on the basis of essential oils used at cold.
Pharmacological action of Cametonum
Cametonum – complex means which therapeutic effect is provided with the components which are a part.
Eucalyptus oil and гемигидрат chlorbutanol have antimicrobic effect, camphor – the easy local anesthetizing action, menthol cools and narrows vessels, reducing thereby filling by blood of the damaged sites, hypostases.
Topical administration renders Cametonum antiinflammatory, the easy mestnoanesteziruyushchy and antimicrobic, deodorizing action, also means normalizes breath, humidifies mucous.

Indications to use
Cametonum according to the instruction is appointed for topical treatment of chronic, acute infectious, inflammatory diseases of a nose and a throat: rhinitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, laryngitis.
Application instruction of Cametonum
Drug is applied on the mucous, struck areas of a nose, a throat. A single dose of Cametonum to children after 15 l and the adult - two-three sprayings in a throat and one-two injections in each nostril.
Cametonum to children from 5 to 12 l is appointed to inject one-two times into a throat and one time into each nostril. To children from 12 to 15 l. appoint two injections in a throat and one in each nostril.
For one pressing when using aerosols Cametonum is spent 0,046gr means. Days use drug 3-4 р/. Treatment usually lasts 3-10 days.
Cametonum at pregnancy it is possible apply three times a day, doing two injections for once.
When using aerosols it is impossible to throw back the head, to overturn a barrel.
Side effects
Negative responses about Cametonum are not enough, means well is transferred. Side effects can arise because of hypersensitivity to drug: dryness and burning mucous a nose, a throat, the itch, skin rashes swelled in the place of irrigation.
Contraindications to use of Cametonum
Cametonum according to the instruction is contraindicated at hypersensitivity, children cannot appoint it to 5 l.
There are no direct contraindications to use Cametonum at pregnancy, but safety гемигидрат chlorbutanol is not proved, and it is undesirable to apply all other components during pregnancy therefore during this period it is better to refuse means, to give preference to safer means. Use drug in extreme cases, usually in the second half of pregnancy, at the same time pay attention to any changes of a state.
