Lidaza – fermental drug for external use.

Pharmacological action

The enzyme hyaluronidase making a basis of drug of Lidaz is emitted from seed plants of a cattle.

Lidaz's use, thanks to this substance leads to splitting of hyaluronic acid (the being cementing making connecting fabric), decrease in its viscosity, increase in vascular, fabric permeability, puffiness reduction, a softening of hems.

Also there are responses about Lidaz, that drug warns and reduces contractures.

Indications to Lidaz's use

According to Lidaz's instruction appoint: for elimination of postoperative, traumatic, burn hems, treatment of not healing ulcers (including beam), rigidities of joints, an osteoarthrosis, a spondylarthritis ankylosing, a tendovaginitis chronic, hematomas of soft tissues, a serious illness of disks on a waist.

Good responses about Lidaz, applied by preparation for plastic surgeries on elimination of hems on skin, for treatment of traumatic defeats of peripheral nerves, neuroplexes.

Lidaz's use practices at hydrocephaly, a heart attack, pulmonary tuberculosis, inflammations of upper respiratory tracts and bronchial tubes, complex treatment of rhinitis, an arachnoiditis, pseudorheumatism.

Contraindications

Application instruction of Lidaz

For treatment practice hypodermic and intramuscular pricks of Lidaz, inhalation, application, an electrophoresis from Lidaz, also means drip in a conjunctiva or give retrobulbar (for an eyeglobe) injections.

Subcutaneously the drug is administered under hems. For an injection powder is dissolved in solution isotonic sodium chloride or solution of novocaine – 1 ml. For healing of hems, contractures, at hematomas, the spondiloartit ankylosing means enter near an affected area every day or h / з day. For a course of treatment enter 6-10-15 pricks of Lidaz.

At Lidaz's retinopathy according to the instruction enter under skin in a temple – 0,5ml drug (one ampoule with powder dissolve in 20 ml of solution of sodium of chloride or novocaine). In total about 10-15 pricks of Lidaz are the share of a course of treatment.

At use of means it is necessary to consider that solution cannot be entered through a catheter which entered drugs with cations.

Side effects

There are responses about Lidaz, causing an allergy (urticaria, rash, an itch), weakness, a fever, the increased sweating, dizziness, fever, a headache.

Intramuscular injections can cause reddening, hypostasis, rash, an itch, pain, heat in Lidaz injection site.

After an instillation of eyes, eye injections there can be hypostasis, reddening a century, face skin, the okologlaznichny site, scleras.

Long use of Lidaz can provoke local irritative action of means.

The overdose by means is possible. Judging by responses about Lidaz, in this case there is nausea, dizziness, tachycardia, a fever, vomiting, pressure decline, hypostasis local, rashes of erythematic character, a small tortoiseshell. For elimination of overdose of Lidaz recommend to accept antihistamines, Epinephrinum, glucocorticosteroids.
