  • milk and fermented milk products of low fat content;
  • the vegetables containing vitamin A and β-carotene (carrots, tomatoes, pumpkin, a paprika), beet, a garden radish, broccoli, cucumbers, greens, onions, mushrooms;
  • bread with bran, porridge, muesli, paste from firm grades of wheat, brown rice;
  • nuts, dried apricots, prunes;
  • apples, pears, oranges, seasonal berries;
  • chicken breast, veal, low-fat fish;
  • svezheotzhaty apple, orange, tomato juice;
  • honey.

Salt is admissible in a small amount, it is better to salt insufficiently dishes.

All products which were not included into the list of resolved belong to prohibited.

Menu

Example of the menu of a honey diet for 6 days:

First day

Breakfast: 200 ml of milk from 2 h l. honey.

Lunch: 100 g of cottage cheese with 1 h l. honey.

Dinner: The 2nd boiled carrots with 1 h l. honey.

Second day

Breakfast: 3 tablespoons of 15% sour cream of fat content from 2 h l. honey.

Lunch: 400 ml of milk with 1 h l. honey.

Dinner: 150 g of grated carrots with 1 h l. honey.

Before going to bed: glass of kefir.

Third day

Breakfast: ½ crude beets of the average size, grated, with 1 h l. honey.

Lunch: 200 ml of fermented baked milk or yogurt with 1 h l. honey.

Dinner: the tomatoes salad filled with salt and sour cream.

Fourth day

Breakfast: apple, 1 h l. honey.

Lunch: 150 g of cottage cheese with 1 h l. honey.

Dinner: 2 wiped apples from 2 h l. honey.

Before going to bed: glass of milk.

Fifth day

Breakfast: 200 ml of sour cream from 2 h l. honey.

Lunch: paprika salad.

Dinner: the half of crude beet of the average size grated with 1 h l. honey.

Sixth day

Breakfast: boiled carrots, tomato.

Lunch: 200 ml of yogurt, 2 h l. honey.

Dinner: 400 ml of carrot or tomato juice.

Example of the menu of a honey diet for 12 days (with each meal it is necessary to eat 1 h l. honey):

First breakfasts

First option: 200 ml of milk, honey.

Second option: 150 g of cottage cheese, apple, medical.

Third option: 150 g of porridge on milk, 200 ml of tomato juice, medical.

Fourth option: muesli with milk, 200 ml of apple juice, medical.

Second breakfasts

First option: several pieces of prunes or the dried apricots wetted in cold water.

Second option: handful of nuts.

Third option: pear, apple or orange.

Lunches

First option: cream soup from broccoli, 200 g of fish on couple, 200 ml of orange juice, medical.

Second option: boiled vegetables with greens, honey.

Third option: 200 g of chicken fillet on a grill, tomato, cucumber and greens salad, medical.

Fourth option: 2 toasts from bread with bran, fresh vegetables, greens, medical.

Dinners

First option: natural yogurt with a handful of seasonal berries, 200 ml of kefir, medical.

Second option: brown rice, a stake from veal, tomato, medical.

Third option: 100 g of paste from firm grades of wheat, 150 g of a salmon on a grill, a celery, a garden radish, medical.

Fourth option: the mushrooms with onions baked in a foil, sheet salad medical.

Useful tips
