The first or fourth days

Fifth day

Right after awakening: 100 ml of hot water.

Breakfast: skim milk (200 ml), with addition 1 of h l. cocoa and honey.

Second breakfast: to drink grapefruit or orange, 1 liter of water in the small portions.

Lunch: boiled fish (200 g) or a stake (150 g) with a lemon and greens, or light meat (200 g).

Afternoon snack: yogurt (200 ml) with honey (1 h l.).

Dinner: to drink vegetable broth without salt (3 cups) within 10 minutes, then to eat 3 plates of boiled vegetables (with breaks on 20 minutes between portions).

Before going to bed: yogurt (200 ml) with honey (1 h l.).

Sixth day

Breakfast: To drink 1,5 liters of water within two hours.

Second breakfast: yogurt (200 ml) with honey (1 h l.).

Lunch: broth (500 ml), skim milk (200 ml) with addition 1 of h l. cocoa and honey, grapefruit juice.

Dinner: the baked trout (200 g), a portion of green vegetables with easy vinaigrette.

Before going to bed: yogurt (200 ml) with honey (1 h l.).

Seventh day

Breakfast: skim milk (200 ml) with addition 1 of h l. cocoa and honey, grapefruit juice, clear water (500 ml).

Second breakfast: to drink 1 liter of water (on a glass each 30 minutes).

Lunch: the meat of chicken or a turkey (200 g) baked in a foil either boiled or fish (200 g) and the green vegetables salad filled with lemon juice.

Dinner: potatoes baked in a foil or the vegetable salad filled with olive oil.

Before going to bed: yogurt (200 ml) with honey (1 h l.).

Useful tips

Council 1: During a milk diet for 7 days it is recommended to use milk with fat content to 5%.

Council 2: An exit from a milk diet for 3 days has to be gradual, it is impossible to be returned to a usual diet at once and to refuse milk.
