Teopek
Application instruction:
Teopek treats group of bronkhodilatiruyushchy funds which are withdrawn by brokhospazma, stimulate a nervous system and strengthen reductions of a cardiac muscle. 
Drug reduces a tone of pulmonary fabric and increases air passability of bronchial tubes.
Teopek was widely used as effective drug for treatment of diseases of respiratory system.
Structure and form of release
The main active ingredient – theophylline of 100 mg.
Auxiliary components: calcium stearate, polymeric composition.
Teopek is issued in the form of tablets on 200-300 mg placed in cardboard packaging on 40-50 pieces.
Pharmacological properties of Teopek
Teopek possesses the spasolytic, stimulating and bronchodilatory action. At regular reception drug can have diuretic effect, expand cordial vessels and interfere with pasting of thrombocytes.
At frequent use of Teopek in high doses there is a stimulation of a nervous system similar to effect of caffeine.
Active ingredients of drug interfere with development of allergic attacks in bronchial tubes and lungs. Spasolytic action is shown by means of braking of reductions of smooth muscles, removal of tension in a respiratory organs and oppressions of calcium ions in cellular membranes.
Teopek received good comments as drug which effectively eliminates inflammatory process in bronchial tubes and recovers in them passability of oxygen.
High level Teopek's concentration in a blood plasma is reached within 5 hours after reception. Duration of medical effect makes 20 hours.
Indications to use
Teopek is appointed for prevention and treatment of the following diseases of respiratory system:
- Bronchitis;
- Bronchial asthma;
- Emphysemas of lungs;
- Fluid lungs.
Teopek received positive reviews as effective medicine for removal of bronchospasms of various type.
Application instruction of Teopek
According to the instruction, Teopek it is necessary to accept inside 0,15 g 2 times a day, washing down with a large amount of water. 
The interval between receptions makes 10-12 hours. The exact dosage of drug is determined by the attending physician by testimonies of the patient.
During treatment it is necessary to control constantly theophylline level in blood which usually makes 14 mkg/ml.
The course of treatment lasts from 1 to 3 months. During Teopek's reception regular diagnostic procedures – blood test, measurement of arterial pressure, determination of level of hemoglobin and cholesterol, an ECG have to be carried out.
According to the instruction, Teopek it is not necessary to accept together with antidiarrheal drugs and oral contraceptives. Teopek strengthens effect of diuretic and spasmolytic drugs. The risk of emergence of side effects at joint reception with anticoagulants amplifies.
Contraindications
Teopek is contraindicated at individual intolerance and hypersensitivity to drug components, a myocardial infarction, a peptic ulcer, a stroke, disturbances of functioning of a thyroid gland, pregnancy and a lactation, a serious illness of cardiovascular system, epilepsy.
About care drug is appointed at a liver and renal failure, at advanced age.
Side effects of Teopek
During a course of treatment the following side effects can appear: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, meteorism, headache, dizziness, sleeplessness, anorexia, coronary insufficiency, tachycardia, gastritis, colitis, epilepsy.
Teopek in big dosages can cause allergic reactions – a small tortoiseshell, a Quincke's edema, dermatitis, eczema, an alopecia, skin rash.
