The modern person not always manages to find housing in the environmentally friendly region and such work which would not do harm to health. With food stuffs at first sight the situation is much better: shops are overflowed with goods which are positioned by producers as very useful and absolutely safe. Many Russians are absolutely sure that the choice of products with marking "bio", "эко" or "organik" guarantees them and members of their families an optimal variant of food. Unfortunately it not so.

Idea of safety of organic products for health of the person is connected, first of all, with confidence that at their cultivation "chemical" ingredients are not used (means of protection of plants, fertilizers etc.). However, the products which are completely corresponding to such conditions just do not exist. Even the certified ecofarms use chemicals without which it is just impossible to do.
In the majority the state there are so-called "organic standards" according to which lists of pesticides, fungicides, medicines for treatment of farm animals form. The substances entering these lists often make from vegetable raw materials, and they really have quite low aggression in relation to the environment. But also they act more weakly, than "harmful" drugs of similar action. For this reason owners of ecofarms often violate standards of use of such additives (for example, apply the resolved means in large numbers, than it is allowed). For the consumer it can turn back acquisition of the "organic" product containing "harmless chemistry" in quite high concentration.
Other statement about safety of what products looks absolutely absurdly. Some people consider that products with the corresponding marking are sterile, that is are completely exempted from any pathogenic microorganisms. Certainly, it has nothing in common with reality: products of what farms contain the same bacteria, as well as its "usual" analogs (for example, colibacillus), and also need careful processing before the use.
"Organic" food should not contain flavoring additives, sugar, a large amount of salt. The person who got used to usual food perceives bio-products more likely as tasteless. However, disaccustoming comes from harmful ingredients quickly enough, especially, if there is a strong motivation to pass to healthier diet.
It's not true. Nutritiousness of foodstuff is connected not so much with way of production how many with conditions and periods of storage. So, any fruit, vegetables, berries or greens lose a considerable part of nutritional value, regardless of that over time, "farmer" it is a product or usual.
Ideally it and has to be, but the real situation not always corresponds to the principles declared by producers of what goods. In the majority of the countries having legislatively fixed concepts of "organic" or "ecological" production, control is exercised not by the state organizations, but private firms. The producer always has an opportunity to carry out the goods through a "loyal" inspection and to acquire the right to mark products the corresponding sign, without having for this purpose the full reasons. It is clear, that it becomes with the purpose to reduce product cost as conscientious control of all production phases (cultivation of raw materials, processing, production of packaging, transportation and storage) can make an end product too expensive and unavailable to most of consumers.
In Russia of legislative fixing of the concepts "environmentally friendly" or "organic" in relation to production of agricultural products is not present at all. So domestic goods with marking "bio" or "эко" can differ in general in nothing from usual, and drawing treasured tags on packaging depends only on conscientiousness of the producer.
Both statements are incorrect. Cultivation of cultivated plants with the minimum use of chemical additives is not too productive. Its universal introduction will require considerable expansion of agricultural areas, and it cannot achieve without large-scale deforestation, drainage of swamps and other options of destruction of natural biocenoses.
Let's not forget also that organic products are very expensive. So increase in volumes of their production will help nothing to the residents of the poorest countries suffering from a lack of food.
Has to make the decision on need of transition to organic food stuffs of people independently. Just at the same time it is worth paying attention to a ratio of consumer properties and cost of such goods, and also to the fact that marking not always authentically reflects their real qualities. Anyway, reasonable approach and sober assessment of information provided by the producer is necessary here.
