Adenoflegmona

Adenoflegmona (adenophlegmona; Greek adenos, aden – iron + Greek phlegmone – an inflammation) – a diffuse purulent inflammation of cellulose which surrounds lymph nodes. As a rule, the adenoflegmona is a complication of acute lymphadenitis.
