Venolayf
Application instruction:
Venolayf – the combined drug for external use having angioprotektorny, antitrombotichesky and venotoniziruyushchy effect improving an angenesis.
Form of release and structure
Dosage form – gel for external use: transparent, light yellow color, possesses a specific smell (on 40 or 100 g in aluminum tubas, in a pack a cardboard 1 tuba).
Active ingredients in 1 g of gel:
- Dekspantenol – 0,05 g;
- Trokserutin – 0,02 g;
- Heparin sodium – 0,0025 g (300 PIECES).
Additional components: carbomer 980 or 940, propylene glycol, трометамол, фенилэтанол, the water purified.
Indications to use
- The Mikrotsirkulyatorno-trofichesky disturbances and edematous pain syndrome caused by venous insufficiency of the lower extremities: posttromboflebitichesky syndrome, acute and chronic thrombophlebitis, chronic lymphostasis, varicosity;
- Injuries of soft tissues: dislocations, hematomas and stretchings.
Also Venolayf is applied to acceleration of process of granulation and epithelization of trophic ulcers in a regeneration phase (on condition of lack of the expressed exudation).
Contraindications
- Open contaminated wounds;
- Wounds with plentiful exudation;
- Hypersensitivity to drug components.
Route of administration and dosage
Venolayf is intended for external use. Gel follows 2-3 times a day a thin layer to apply on affected areas and around them, the easy rubbing movements evenly distributing on the surface of skin before full absorption of funds. Duration of therapy makes 2-3 weeks. Need of extension of treatment is defined by the doctor, based on weight of pathological process and results of clinical analyses.
In cases of a recurrence therapeutic courses are conducted by 2-3 times a year.
At trophic ulcers (without the expressed exudation) before putting gel the wound surface should be cleared of necrotic fabrics and exudate, if necessary – to wash out 3% solution of peroxide of hydrogen, 0,05% solution of a hlorgeksidin of a biglyukonat or solution of Furacilin 1:5000, then to dry. Gel is applied so that drug covered all struck surface of integuments then atop apply a sterile gauze bandage (the bandage is changed 1 time in knocks). Duration of therapy is defined by dynamics of epithelization.
Side effects
Venozol is generally had well, in rare instances in a site of application of drug there are allergic reactions in the form of skin rash and an itch.
Special instructions
Drug can be used according to indications during pregnancy and a lactation.
Venozol is not intended for rectal and intravaginalny administration, and also use in ophthalmology.

Cases of interaction of Venolayf with other medicines were not registered.
Terms and storage conditions
To store in the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature of 15-25 °C.
