The diet of the Apricot diet consists only of apricots, fresh or dried. The diet is expected 3 days if it is well transferred, it can be prolonged for 2 days.

Upon termination of a diet it is necessary to be returned to the usual menu gradually, to enter products into a diet in the small portions, avoiding some high-calorific food.

Menu

The menu of the Apricot diet for all days is identical:

+ 300 g of dried apricots to divide 1 kg of fresh apricots or 500 g of fresh apricots into 5-6 meals and is during the day. To drink during a day of 2 l of compote or the apricot juice divorced water 1:1.
