Аджифлюкс – the combined drug with the antiacid, adsorbing and enveloping action.

Form of release and structure

Dosage form – chewable tablets: a round form, equal from two parties, white color (existence of single dark inclusions), with a mint smell (in blisters on 10 pieces, in a pack cardboard 2 blisters is possible).

Active agents in 1 tablet:

• Aluminum hydroxide (including aluminum oxide not less than 76,5%) – 400 mg;
• Magnesium hydroxide – 400 mg.

Auxiliary components: povidone, Mannitolum, isopropanol, sodium saccharinate, sorbitol, the sucrose, water purified.

Composition of lubricant: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide colloid, oil of leaves of a peppermint.

Indications to use

• Acute gastritis;
• Exacerbation of chronic gastritis with the normal or increased secretory function;
• Peptic ulcer, symptomatic stomach ulcers and 12-perstny gut;
• Acute duodenitis;
• Acute pancreatitis;
• Chronic pancreatitis in an aggravation phase;
• Hernia of a diaphragm and esophageal opening;
• Reflux esophagitis;
• Erosion of a mucous membrane of upper parts of digestive tract;
• Hyperphosphatemia;
• Putrefactive or fermentative dyspepsia (as a part of a combination therapy);
• Gastric discomfort, heartburn, gastralgia (owing to errors in food, reception of some medicines, the use of coffee, ethanol, nicotine).

Contraindications

Absolute:

• Alzheimer's disease;
• Hypophosphatemia;
• The expressed renal failures;
• Children's age up to 12 years;
• Pregnancy;
• Hypersensitivity to drug components.

With care:

• Renal failure;
• Diabetes mellitus;
• Lactation.

Route of administration and dosage

Аджифлюкс it is necessary to accept inside, chewing or holding tablets in a mouth before full dissolution.

The adult appoint on 2-3 tablets in 1-2 hours after meal and to night, at stomach ulcer – for half an hour to food. If there is a need, the single dose is raised to 3-4 tablets. After improvement of a state as a maintenance therapy of Adzhiflyuks about 1 tablet 3 times a day a course 2-3 months is shown to accept.

To teenagers 12 years are more senior appoint on 1 tablet 1-2 hours later after meal and to night, at stomach ulcer – for half an hour to food.

Side effects

• From digestive tract: seldom – change of flavoring feelings, nausea, a lock, vomiting;
• Others: at prolonged use of drug in high doses – osteomalacy, a hypercalcuria, a giperalyuminiyemiya, a hypocalcemia, a gipermagniyemiya, a hypophosphatemia, a renal failure, a nephrocalcinosis, encephalopathy, osteoporosis.

At patients with a renal failure thirst, a hyporeflexia, a lowering of arterial pressure are possible.

Special instructions

Between Adzhiflyuks's receptions and other drugs it is necessary to observe at least 2-hour intervals.

During treatment it is necessary to provide sufficient receipt in an organism with food of salts of phosphorus.

Information for patients with a diabetes mellitus: 1 tablet of Adzhiflyuks contains 40 mg of sucrose that there correspond less than 1 GU (grain unit).

Drug does not influence the speed of reactions and ability to concentration of attention therefore it can be applied to treatment of people regardless of the sphere of their professional activity.

Medicinal interaction

Аджифлюкс slows down and reduces absorption of the following medicines: barbiturates (they should be accepted in 1 hour prior to or in 2 hours after reception of an antacid), blockers _{of H2-histamine} receptors, indirect anticoagulants, beta adrenoblockers, chenodesoxycholic and ursodezoksikholevy acids, salicylates, antibiotics of a tetracycline row and hinolona (грепафлоксацин, ciprofloxacin, эноксацин, ofloxacin, norfloxacin, etc.), кетоконазол, итраконазол, digoxin, Phenytoinum, пивампициллин, azithromycin, rifampicin, Chlorpromazinum, indometacin, an isoniazid, Penicillaminum, Dipiridamolum, diflunisat, tsefpodoksy, лансопразол, зальцитабин, фексофенадин.

M-holinoblokatory slow down gastric emptying, thereby strengthen and extend Adzhiflyuks's action.

Terms and storage conditions
