Amizonchik
Application instruction:
Amizonchik – the drug with analgeziruyushchy, febrifugal, antiinflammatory, antiviral action applied at treatment at children of flu and acute respiratory viral infections.
Form of release and structure
Amizonchik release in the form of syrup: orange, transparent, with a specific smell (in bottles on 100 ml, in a cardboard pack 1 bottle complete with the dosing spoon).
Structure of 1 ml of syrup:
- Active agent: амизон (iodide of an enisamium) – 10 mg;
- Auxiliary components: sodium phosphate dodecahydrate – 22,6 mg, not crystallizing sorbite solution – 1010,98 mg, monohydrate of citric acid – 3,5 mg, Peach fragrance – 1 mg, Tutti-Frutti fragrance – 1 mg, the purified water – 200 mg.
Indications to use
Amizonchik appoint for treatment of flu and the acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI).
Contraindications
- Allergic reactions in the anamnesis (irrespective of the allergen nature);
- Crushing organic lesions of kidneys/liver;
- Intolerance of fructose (sorbite is Amizonchik's part);
- Age up to 3 years;
- Hypersensitivity to drug components, and also to iodine drugs.
Care is demanded by Amizonchik's appointment at diseases of a thyroid gland, in particular at a hyperthyroidism.
Drug is not intended for use by the feeding and pregnant women.
It is necessary to consider that sorbite can have slight laxative effect.
Route of administration and dosage
Amizonchik it is necessary to accept inside, washing down with water in a small amount, it is more preferable – after meal.
The recommended dosing mode (a one-time dose / frequency rate of reception; 1 ml = 10 mg):
- 3-4 years: 5 ml / 3 once a day;
- 4-5 years: 6 ml / 3 once a day;
- 5-6 years: 7 ml / 3 once a day;
- 6-12 years: 12 ml / 2-3 once a day (this age group of patients Amizonchik should accept syrup in case of impossibility to swallow tablets).
Duration of a medical course – 5-7 days (is defined by weight of a disease and therapeutic effect).
Side effects
- Alimentary system: heartburn, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, bitterness/dryness in a mouth, hypersalivation, hypostasis of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity, coloring of language in yellow color, weight in right hypochondrium, abdominal pains, abdominal distention;
- Respiratory system: burning sensation in a throat, an asthma;
- Allergic reactions: hypersensitivity reactions, including a Quincke's disease, skin rashes, urticaria, an itch;
- Others: fluctuation of arterial pressure, headache, weakness, dizziness.
Special instructions
It is not necessary to violate the scheme of administration of drug recommended in the instruction.
Medicinal interaction
At the combined use with antibacterial and immunomodulators strengthening of their action is observed.
Reasonablly simultaneous use of Amizonchik with ascorbic acid and other vitamins. Also perhaps combined use with drugs of recombinant interferon.
Terms and storage conditions
To store in protected from light, the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature up to 25 °C.
Period of validity – 2 years.
After packaging opening Amizonchik it is possible to apply within 90 days.
